Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

They were execellent - did a great job, in a timely manner.

Smoothly. Just be sure to check afterward that all the AC/heat vents that were opened during cleaning get closed again if they had been closed before. Our lower level was frigid, and upstairs the AC wasn't cooling efficiently as usual, till we checked and discovered that the lower level vents were wide open, too. A minor thing. All else was great, and the tech, Eugene, was SO courteous.

Service was as described. A lot of dust was removed.

The cleaning went well. The man who did the service arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He was very respectful of our space and requests and wore shoe covers when asked to. There was a bit of a language barrier, but in the end we were able to communicate everything we needed to. He worked efficiently and cleaned out all our vents. There's definitely less dust accumulation in our house than there was before, so we are happy.

Excellent job. Excellent work. There was no other charges. Everything was good.

I had received an Angie's list deal for air duct cleaning from this company. Technician was pleasant but did not speak English so any of our questions about the procedure were not able to be answered. He set up the system which included a large containment unit that was attached to the furnace. The technician took his time and appeared to know his job and the whole procedure took 4 /12 hours. Unfortunately, something happened in the basement, not sure what, but the entire basement was enveloped in a cloud of dust. Every surface is coated with a fine layer of black dust. We will have to wash or wipe down EVERYTHING. All the furniture will have to be cleaned. For this I'm giving a lower review grade.

The tech was VERY professional and got straight to work. There was a bit of a language barrier and I would have liked more explanation of what was being done, but we managed and the work was done efficiently! The price was right and I would highly recommend this company!!!

They really worked with me to make sure I was scheduled when I needed. Their employee was prompt, courteous, tidy, and efficient. He explained everything he did and showed me pictures of my vents before (disgusting) and after (beautiful).

The technician was on time but had difficulty communicating in English. We had to do some cleaning when he left.

The cleaning portion was great, and thorough. They were a little sloppy in replacing vent covers which I had to do .

They did a good job. They were very thorough. They did the service shortly after I purchased the deal. They were just very thorough and explained exactly what they were doing. They showed me different things that they took out of the systems. They were user-friendly, I guess is a good phrase. I would probably use them again, although air duct cleaning isn't something that you need to have done frequently, so it would be a while, but I would recommend them.

The workers seemed to have limited experience Dust/dirt clumps were left in all rooms. I think they may have skipped one room altogether though. I did not follow then around though I should have. They also spoke limited English. At the end they left the front door open and my cat escaped all night causing me all kinds of anxiety. My neighborhood has Coyotes and love to eat small animals. Don't let the name "Lowes" fool you, they are not associated with the big box hardware store.

Arrived on time. Explained how he was going to clean the air ducts. Went right to work, going to every vent in the place. Would hire again.

The technician showed up right on time. We have a two-floor house with two sets of duct work. So he had to haul everything upstairs to clean the upstairs and then downstairs to clean the downstairs. He did an excellent job and showed us exactly how much he had sucked out of the ductwork. We have three cats, so you can imagine how much fur had been left behind over the years. The furnace was running less and more quietly after he finished. Bravo for a job well done!

No problems were encountered and job went quickly. Technician was even an hour early which was a welcomed surprise. I was very pleased with the experience.
