Arrived on time, very professional.

They were a professional company and seemed to do a very good job.

I highly recommend this company. The work was done by a very nice guy in a very efficient and professional manner. I chose them because of the high ratings here on Angie's list and I am very glad I did.

It went well, generally. The worker got lost and was relatively late in arriving. There was also a language barrier that made explaining my house location difficult. However, once he arrived, he worked efficiently and well.

The work was done very well. The boys who came to do the work were very good. But, I had the issue with their scheduling. First, they gave me 2-3 weeks time. When I called one day before the scheduled date, the guy told me that there was no record for the appointment in their computers. However, after some argument, he gave me another appointment for another date. I cleared my schedule and waited for the crew. One hour before the scheduled time, I got call from them that the crew was running late and would come 3 hrs late. I was not available at that time - so refused. Then they again scheduled me for the next day. So no issue with the crew and the quality of work but big issue with their Scheduling/Punctuality.

The service tech was polite and efficient. The process went smoothly with no issues.

Ask specifically for Sergey and Evgenii ... great assets for this company! Came professionally on time. Worked quickly and silently from one vent to another making sure that they cleaned up after themselves. Moved from one vent to another vacuuming around the floor area to make sure no duct materials were left on the carpet. Asked for permission to move furniture or help when needed. Would hire again and again.

The technician was extremely prompt and very courteous. He explained exactly how he would do the work. He was very considerate of our property and did a great job for us. He was very professional.

2 men showed up to do the cleaning. They called a half hour before the expected time to let us know they were on the way. They were a few minutes early and started the job right away. We had just bought this house and were not sure what to expect, but they found all sorts of items that should not have been in the duct work. They pulled out cat toys, cat food, other small items dragged in there by someones cat. It was disgusting! They did their work quickly and quite efficiently. They were extremely polite, extremely professional and I would not hesitate to have them back again. Sergey Eugenii left us a card to contact the company if needed and he signed it. You should be proud of this team, they are great!

Good - he cleaned all vents and described what he saw along the way. I'd use again.

It took a bit of back and forth to get it scheduled. Supposedly you can schedule online but that did not turn out to be accurate.

It went very well. They were right on time and explained exactly what they were going to do and they completed everything in a reasonable time.

Workman was prompt, thorough and extremely courteous! I think this was the first time this type of work was ever performed since the gut-rehab 11 years ago. The technician went the extra mile--dusting and cleaning in and around my washer/dryer, which had never been moved!

It wasn't initially a piece of cake to get a weekend appointment. We had to go approximately a month out. The air duct cleaning itself, however, was smooth, easy and effective. The guy that came to the house was very professional and efficient. He took extra time to explain to us some potential problem spots and how to continue to maintain the duct work in our home. We are very happy with a clean ducts.

I purchased a big deal through Angies List and Lowes contacted me right away to set up an appointment. Anthony came out on time and explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. He was very courteous and did a great job. I have a dog who can be skittish around strangers, especially people working at the house and he was very conscious of that. I was extremely happy with the service and would recommend and hire them again.
