Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Person was punctual and courteous and did a good job. His english was not so good, which made it a little hard to communicate. But he worked **** ** the job and did a good job.

He was detail oriented and cleaned all the ducts very nicely!

The job was performed as agreed upon with the vendor. The worker arrived on time and was, at all times, very professional. The work was performed in a very neat and clean manner. In addition to duct cleaning, this vendor also provides other services and, should we have a need for such services, we would not hesitate to call upon them.

The Air Duct Cleaning was prepaid via a Angie's package. It went very well until the service vendor asked if I wanted my interior and exterior dryer vent(s) cleaned for $60.00. I was hesitant but then agreed. Vendor took off the top of the actual dryer at one point and then cleaned the lint trap, etc. He went outside to clean exterior vent reuturned inside to dryer.... and then I heard a horrible noise. He unplugged the dryer and then plugged it in again in front of me and the noise continued. He asked me how long it had been making that noise and how old my dryer was. I told him the truth, it was fine until he had started to clean it. He called his boss and was not going to charge me for the dryer clean and just leave me to then hire a costly appliance repair vendor. It was then that i noticed that he had inserted the lint trap panel incorrectly. It took me awhile to explain to him that he had gotten it stuck and it was hitting the dryer drum which made the awful sound. He corrected it while talking to his boss on the phone and the noise stopped, but he wanted to then charge me the full $60.00. I spoke to his boss on the phone and expressed my concern about it being a temp fix and what if something later happened because of their error. They discounted the dryer service and also stated to me that if anything happens after they leave, to call Lowes Air Duct Cleaning and they would come to fix the dryer at no cost.

The young man who came to do the work was professional and prompt, but not really sure how effective the cleaning/treatment was. Maybe it was very good, but it is really tough to know.

Very professional and thorough cleaning. Was impressed with the attention to detail. The technician -Sergy - made some minor repairs outside of the scope of service and did not charge extra. He was very courteous and explained every step of the process.

Went well .... would have been awesome if the personnel could speak and converse a bit in English .... he sounded knowledgeable and was trying hard to walk me through the process but had a language barrier ....

They were very responsive and helpful.

It went well. There was an issue with blowing fuses, which was resolved quickly.

Very well. They arrived at the time they said they would, they were very nice and professional the whole time they were here. They went above and beyond when it came to cleaning our carpets, I've tried to get certain spots out of the carpets for years and they were able to easily lift the stains. I was very impressed with how clean our chimney and air ducts were after they finished. I would definitely have them do these services again and I would recommend them to anyone!

Technician seemed really knowledgeable and efficient. No mess after work was done.

It took a few attempts to schedule someone to come out. The Angie's list website had this option to select 3 days and times that were convenient to have the service done. No one ever called to confirm those times. I received an email a few days after I purchased the deal informing me to call to schedule an appt. I had left a few voicemails before someone returned my call. The person who came out was on time, but he barely spoke any English (He was from Russia and had only been in the US for 6 months and only had 2 English lessons), so it was very hard to communicate with him. We used a translator app to get some of my questions answered. Outside of not being able to communicate, he was very kind, and seemed to be a hard worker, and he did a good job from what I could tell. He silently went about his business doing what he needed to do to get the job done. He did show me the bin that collected all the dust. Unfortunately, I wasn't shown the video scoping to see any before or after pictures (which was part of the Angies List deal I purchased). I just had to trust all the dust and whatever else was in the vents got vacuumed up thoroughly. I'm sure by the amount of time it took him to go through all the vents, the job was done well. It just would have been nice to see.

It went well. I was happy with it. There were no additional charges. The pricing was very good. He worked for 2 hours. He seemed like he was doing a good job. His responsiveness was good. They were on time, punctual, cleaned up, and did all the air ducts. They were very thorough.

It was a little disappointing. It was stated in deal there would be sanitation and that didn't happen. I also had to ask the tech to tape up the air ducts returns.The tech that came was very nice. I did ask to see what was retried from vents and he allowed me to see. I wouldn't use them again. I didn't think it was worth the money spent. I think in the future the techs should know exactly what was offered on the Deal and so it. UPDATE: I quickly received a call from the manager, advised how disappointed I was, they sent another person out, that redid the whole job, was clean, efficient, showed me the results of the cleaning, provided sanitation that was offered,he was extremely clean bout it, and real friendly, and explained any questions I had the best he could. I was quite pleased with the end result.

I was satisfied with them again I felt they were very thorough and I probably would give them a B rating overall. They did have to return once, there was one air duct in our dining room that all of them were covered with plastic and the young man that was doing the service left and then I noticed that air duct hadn't been cleaned so I did have to call, schedule them to come back but they were courteous about it and they did come back and do the work on that final remaining duct so I would also recommend them. They were just very thorough.

I mean it was okay but the price was a little high. They job that they did was okay. I think, the only thing that I didn't like was the price was a little too much for the job that they did. Quality: it all depends on the price, Probably not use them again for that price. They were okay. I'm not satisfied, nor dissatisfied. The workers were okay.

They did a great job! They even fixed a broken vent and know I have better air flow in that room. Very Pleased!

Lowe's came out in August to clean my air ducts. I was not happy with the job they did. The manager, Constantine, called me and offered to do the ducts again at no additional charge. We set up a time and day and Eugene came out. He called to say his eta and was there at that time. He spent 4 hours on our air ducts and 2 furnaces. He worked very hard and showed us the dirt he got out of our ducts. It was amazing, considering they were "done" in August. We have noticed a difference in the dust and the air quality of our home. I was very pleased they cared enough to do the job again and make a happy customer! I would highly recommend Lowe's after this experience. Thank you for making it right!

I had to call to schedule an appt and they were busy so the appt was for 3 weeks later. The technician (Evgenii) was on time, very polite and spent several hours cleaning all our ducts which were very dirty.

Overall everything went very well and am very pleased with the results and would recommend to friends/family. Originally I had a poor experience because the technician did not do a very good job. But the service manager reached out and said the original technician was let go and asked if we would be ok with a new technician checking up on the work. I agreed and the new technician was fantastic. He did a great job, was very friendly and very professional. The customer service was great and overall I am very happy with the service and results.

It was really good but after they left I found a same thing that the forgot to fix, but I did not want to call. I fixed it myself. Overall they did a good job.

Did a good job and show me the dirt that was picked up from the vents and offered to take care of dryer as well. How to reach out to company no one ever contacted me.
