They completed the work in about an hour, since I have a fairly small unit. They did a good job of cleaning the dust from the inside and outside.

I have lived in my home for 20 years and didn't know about vent cleaning...When he finished he showed me the results and explained the work that was done. I am very happy with the service! He explained I should have this done every 3 years especially since I have pets. Next time I will take the vent covers off before he comes, saving time.

This service had never been done before. The technician was very communicative. He called and asked if he could come earlier than the 12 noon appointment. I said yes and he arrived at about 11:30 am. He told me how he would do the work and approximately how long it would take. He worked diligently preparing the vents and bringing in his equipment. He performed the service within the time he indicated. Told me what had been done and responded to my questions about frequency of this service in the future. I am more than satisfied and highly recommend this company and its air duct and dryer duct cleaning service. If there was a rating higher than A, I would give it to them. Superb service, professionalism and promptness.

I am very happy with the service I received from Lowe's, the technician let me know ahead of time when he was planning on arriving, and even called me again when he was running behind. He was friendly and courteous and explained everything he was going to do. The whole thing took about 3 hours and he was hustling all the while. When completed, we walked through and he showed me all the cleaned vents and ducts and the patched holes in the air ducts. Overall my ducts were not too bad but I now have peace of mind, and I am happy to have given Lowe's my business.

Once we purchase the service on Angie's List, we were contacted by phone the next morning to set up an appointment. They were fairly booked for Saturdays but we were able to get an appointment about three weeks out. The technician arrived within the 8-10am window and pretty much right at 8am. He said the work would take up to 3 hours, but it was done in around 2.5hrs as we don't have a large house. The technician was very professional and extremely thorough, and although spoke little English, he was able to answer a couple of questions we had. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting this type of work done.

Technician showed me how much dirt the machine retrieved. My vents now look very clean!

Well except technician did not understand English very well so it was hard communicating. But he was polite and got the job done.

They did a great job. The person that came was courteous,, professional and punctual. Virtually no mess, which considering how gross my vents and air ducts were is impressive. I would absolutely use this service again.

Service went well. He came in on time, which was nice. I do want to note that there was a language barrier. I’m not sure what language he spoke, but it wasn’t English, so it was very difficult to communicate with him and ask him questions. He did let me know that he didn’t speak English well, so the things that he was doing, I didn’t really understand. Also, there was supposed to be a video inspection and that wasn’t included. The price was $419, but that included the video inspection.

Work was done However door was left wide open for 2 hours in below freezing temperatures, he should have at least left it ajar. Also, he showed me how much dust came out but I was unable to determine how much was from my ducts vs. the state of the vacuum. That said, he did show up on time and while communication was difficult as his English was not strong, he did make a good effort and I felt the job was done well.
