Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

It went well. A bit messy but that was to be expected. The technician brought a shopvac.

It turned out quite well. We have never had it done so it is difficult for me to know. There was no issue at all. They guy offered to do extra stuff because we didn't have as many ducts as he thought. That's always a nice offer to have. They were there on time and they got done in the specified time. We just met with the one worker and he was fine. It took about 3 hours. That was it, I think it might of been shorter. The other thing that was nice about it was, they used an in home unit, so we didn't have to have doors and windows opened. Some duct cleaning, they do it from a truck or something outside the house. With this he got into the basement and took into the basement and operated it from there, so we didn't have to worry about heat escaping the house. He left the area perfectly clean. he cleaned it up. He cleaned the ducts out noticeably. He did what he was supposed to do. He did it well. We was able to go down and see all the junk he got out of the duct, because we have never had them cleaned before. It looked to me that he got a lot of stuff out of them and I had been having allergy problems before and it eased off quite a bit. There was a noticeable impact, which was one of the things that I wanted to see if there was much of a difference or not. Like I said, he got here on time, he did the work, he got out, and he left the place looking as good as it could of, I mean it is a basement after words.

Technician arrived during the arranged time slot. Was a little hard to understand him as his English was not the greatest. Was surprised that holes had to be punched into the ducts in the basement, but we filled and taped over at the end of the service. Several ducts were rather dirty. Did find dust around several areas of the floor after the cleaning was done. Overall though was happy with the service as I am sure it was never done by the previous owners of our home.

Smooth. Friendly technician and seamless process. My ducts were dirty and I'm glad its all done!

Pretty well. The technician didn't know very much English so it was challenging at times to communicate. There was a trail of dust and debris from the vents which I later vacuumed. There are also black marks on our white walls where the equipment rubbed/slapped against them.

Overall the cleaning went okay. I had major renovations done and knew it had been years since the ducts had been cleaned. Unfortunately, they removed the various air vents in the room and damaged some of the paint. Also, at one point the dust shot back out the duct and into my large living room/kitchen area. It covered those two rooms in dust.. When I contacted them they said that that will occasionally happen and offered a partial refund but said it would take 6-8 weeks. I'm still waiting for the refund.

Work done OK. Needed to show ducts that weren't cleaned. Vacuum in basement blew fuse and we weren't told, he must have just moved equipment to a different receptacle. We found out after he left when all the receptacles on one wall were inoperative.

Very well. The technician was knowledgeable and very polite. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take.

Everything seems to have went well. There was a bit of a language barrier with the guy that did work.

They did nothing wrong. They cleaned up everything. I used another company that was just a little bit better and I was a little bit more satisfied.

Constantine in the office was extremely nice and informative...as well as the tech who came out to do the work. Unfortunately, I needed a gas powered negative air machine because of the power constraints in my home. I was unaware until they came to do the work that their machines wouldn't work. They felt bad they couldn't complete the job.

Very pleased with the service. This was the first time I had air ducts cleaned so I didn't really know what to expect. The process was interesting and much simpler than I thought it would be. We have noticed a difference in the air quality in the house and it doesn't get dusty as quickly as before the cleaning.

They were prompt, efficient and reasonable.

Great service, very professional service

The work was good. The work took about one and half hours. The technicians were good and left the area clean.

I purchased my first home summer 2016, and it's about 90 years old. The previous owner had a list of things she had done over the years but I didn't think the ducts had been cleaned. The serviceman showed up right on time, he worked on my ducts for a little over 3 hours, I can't believe what came out of there! After the cleaning, I noticed that the ceiling fan in the dining room now moves when the heat is on, it never did that before! I highly recommend, they did a great job and I'd definitely use them again.

Really, really great job! Very clean, worked hard & explained what he was doing and what he found. Glad I found Lowe's and will definitely use them again.

It went well. Only thing that I am not happy was that the duct covers were not properly re-installed. They are coming off of the walls.

This was the first time we had our ducts cleaned and didn't know what to expect. The serviceman arrived early, explained what needed to be done and how it would be done. He took care to minimize disruption in our very busy home. The serviceman made periodic stops in his work to show us both a "before" and "after". He did a great job as well as cleaned up afterwards. We are very satisfied and will definitely hire again when it comes time to clean the ducts again.
