Patrick did no work for me and never even returned repeated phone calls.

Because Live Wire did not locate the very obvious, burned loose wire, they put our house in danger. I feel their ineptitude could have cost us our home. We will have to replace a bulb in our TV that was damaged as a result of not knowing that it should not have been plugged in. Our descriptions of the problem we have been having led the second electrician to an immediate diagnosis. Howard Sax (listed in Angie's list) was in and out in less than an hour.

Patrick is very meticulous. My friends who have seen his work are amazed and impressed. He is very focused on how the end product looks as well as how it works. The many new conduits are aligned perfectly and it looks like art. The city inspector was VERY impressed! Patrick is a nice guy, very honest and down to earth. He knows his business and he is reasonably priced and easy to work with. He gets an A+ rating.

A week before Christmas, I was attempting to have a new electric stove and cooktop installed. When the installers came, they noticed some electrical damage (melted wire nuts) in the electrical box in the kitchen. With Christmas one week away, I thought I would be hard pressed to find a capable contractor to complete the job on time for a holiday meal. Not only was Patrick's response quick and concise, he kept me updated throughout the day, and assured me his team could get the job done. His installer arrived and worked diligently, explaining the process to an otherwise nosy homeowner. The work was done cleanly, expertly and quickly. Patrick could've gouged me on the price (I probably would've gone with him anyway), but his price was good for the quality of work and timeliness of completion. I will definitely use them again.

WHILE PATRICK WAS A BIT LATER THAN HE SAID HE WOULD BE FOR THE APPOINTMENT, HE DID A QUICK, GREAT JOB WITH THE INSTALLATION & EVEN CAME BACK AN HOUR LATER WHEN I CALLED BECAUSE I HAD A QUESTION ABOUT IT.

HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. HE WAS VERY HONEST, I WAS GOING TO GO WITH 200 AMP SERVICE, BUT HE TOLD ME I REALLY DIDN'T NEED IT, WHICH SAVED ME MONEY. I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED TO DO, AND HE WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME IDEAS ON HOW TO MAKE IT WORK MORE EFFICIENTLY. I ASKED HIM ABOUT A WHOLE HOUSE SURGE PROTECTOR AND HE EXPLAINED WHY THIS WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA, AND I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I WENT WITH HIS RECOMMENDATION.
