Let me begin by saying that Lindholm has installed 3 new roofs for me. I’ve even referred them to many friends and family members as well. Until now, I’ve been pleased with them, but I had never had to ask them to honor their warranty. I called Lindholm’s office on the morning of 1/17/17 to report that my roof, still under warranty was leaking. Around 6:30 that evening the project manager called me, and said he would go out and take a look at the roof. I informed him that this is a rental property and asked if he would need inside access. He said it would be helpful but not necessary. He said “Maybe Friday morning”; my tenant called me noon, because he had to leave, and no one had come let. Joe called me at 2:45 , said her was at the building. I told him no one was home to give him access, he said “no problem”. Ten days later I called Joe for an update, he told me that he done the repairs on the 20th, but neglected to let me know. I had been waiting to schedule painting contractors. Joe suggested that I wait until it rains before doing any painting. I did; and good thing. The roof did not leak during mild rains, but the first heavy rain that came, the rain poured in from the same area. I called the office at 7:30 a.m. on 4/6/17 to report the leak. I was transferred to Joe(apparently he was not yet in the office, and told me to call the office to generate a work order so that it would be entered into the system. I explained that I had first called the office, and had been transferred to his phone. He said he would ‘make sure it gets in the system’ when he got into the office. Later that afternoon, I called the office to confirm that the job had been entered into their system; I was told it was. I hadn’t heard anything for more than a week, so on 4/15/17, I called the office, and was told that Joe had just walked out of the office, so she transferred me to his phone. He answered, I identified myself with property address, and asked for an update. He replied “I’ll call you back Monday”. I called the office again on Monday afternoon and asked if there was a repair order in the system. I was told there was nothing in the system except the original roof purchase and install. I don’t know what happened to the other order that was reported to be in the system. The receptionist was pleasant and promised to reach out to Joe for an update, and have him contact me. Joe called within 20 minutes. He informed me that he had been out to see the roof, but hadn’t gotten round to calling me. He said he had intended to send me a proposal for a new roof, or new glaze, with a prorated discount, because the warranty only had 1 year remaining. Joe said he could have the work done in a couple of weeks. I asked about repairing ; He said “ we can repair it, but it really needs a new glaze”. I guess the warranty doesn’t cover glazing. I told him, I wasn’t interested in the glazing, just the repair. In my opinion, a warranty, whether 5 years or 20 years, isn’t worth the paper it’s written on, if it’s not honored. Joe ended by saying he would have someone out by the end of the week. I’m waiting to see what happens, if the repairs are made, and the roof doesn’t leak during the next heavy rain, I will modify my review.

I greatly appreciate the availability, willingness to provide an estimate without coming on site (via photos), and communication through email and phone calls. Quote was comparable to other bidders and was provided quickly. I was probably a high maintenance customer with multiple phone calls, but I really appreciated the speed and effort that went into what was probably a minor job. Thanks.

I was very pleased with them in all categories. I would tell others that the pricing and assessment was up front and the company was transparent. They didn't try to sell me on anything. The estimator seemed very knowledgeable when looking at my project. He gave me a very basic price, which I was very pleased with. After everything was assessed it didn't go over what I was expecting to spend on the project.

The sales person was great, experienced and quote reasonably The Rood installer were on time, listened to my question, and spend his time to do the job. I don't have problem ever since.

the worker was on time and great, work for a long time even it was very cold.

We have been good with it so far. He came, he was timely, got the job done in time, and cleaned up everything. I would recommend them and punctuality is a big thing for us and we were really surprised that they were so timely, both at arrival and getting the job done.

We got a free estimate within 2 days and since the price was within our budget we chose their bid. We noticed a leak after a bad storm the previous week and we were concerned about how soon the work could begin. We only needed a new roof (using shingles), not a complete tear off. We were given a board of shingle samples and after we made our selection the workers dropped off the shingles and completed work within the next week. If there were issues that came up during the job we were kept informed. The workers were professional, prompt and cleaned up all debris before they left. We would definitely hire them again and we recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

After much waiting for weather, they finally came and completed the work over a 2 week period of time.

Lindholm responded promptly to my online inquiry and came the next day to give me an estimate. As soon as I gave them the green light, they scheduled the work (even in the winter), the 3-man crew showed up right on time, worked through the day, and finished the work with high quality. They also checked in after the job to complete a few remaining details, which they handled very professionally. Their price wasn't the lowest but it was fair, and their strong reviews on Angie's List and other social media convinced me to go with them. I'm glad I did.

All work was meticulously done, we were kept informed as the work progressed, and we were impressed with the expertise and excellent workmanship. Tom, our Sales Rep was always available, Javier answered all questions and helped us decide on a few options, and Michael's crew was always on time and went to work with precision and perfectionism. We were definitely impressed with Lindholm's installers, their scheduling department, our project manager, and it was a pleasure dealing with them from start to finish. Especially enjoyed the friendliness and quick response from their office staff when we had to call in for service. At the end of the job, all of the work areas were swept, cleaned and extra materials taken away in their truck.

I had to wait 2 - 3 weeks, but they showed up when they said that they would. It took less than an hour to complete the service.

Great From the time I contacted them, they sent my project manager Dennis to the house the following day. He inspected the roof and answered all my questions, and promised me an estimate in 2 business days which was then e-mailed to me. For those without e-mail, I also received a copy in the mail a week later. I also used the Angie's list coupon to get a $500 discount. After reviewing the contract and agreeing to the work needed to be done,the work was completed three weeks later and in only one day. I am meticulous about clean up, and the crew made sure my property and the adjoining properties on the other sides of the house were perfect before they left. They also used a leaf blower on the roof and gutters before they left, and a rolling magnet to pick up any stray metal.

Their product has 20 factory warranty. The factory has a rep that comes out and makes sure the work is done right and then they give you the warranty. Very few of them spoke English.

Fantastic! Vasili was very responsive and did a great job with the project. It went very smooth and was all completed in a single day. Quality and workmanship was very high.

They followed up on their proposal. They were honest and straightforward and explained everything they were going to do.

Gentleman called and said he did not need to come and see the skylight. He said he had googled my home and he could see the problem. He gave me a quote over the phone.

We are well satisfied with all of the dealings with Lindholm Roofing Co. and would highly recommend them.

Almost Impossible to coordinate an appt time. Required several attempts and several days to finally get the quote which was considerably more than 3 other quotes for the same work

Mike was very professional on the phone and in person. He is pleasant and honest. He solved my problem, when he could have easily overlooked it (roof nail came loose and was causing leaking). You can't go wrong working with someone like Mike!

Sonny and his crew did an excellent job and even had it completed ahead of schedule!! Very competitive prices too. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. The deck looks fantastic!

Lindholm promptly sent someone out to take a look at our roofs and an estimate for work to be done was quickly provided. Ended up not using them because it was ultimately determined that the water leak was caused by a failed seam in a sliding glass door, not from the roof.

My family and I could not have had a better experience with the Lindholm team, especially the honesty and professionalism of Mike Huston. Although I'm pretty sure that our 1950's rancher was THE last remaining home on the north shore to boast a real "tar and gravel" roof when we bought it, it took us a few years to get to revamping it. In the meantime, Mike Huston counseled us, helped us patch here and there, and offered his seasoned expertise re: how best to keep the bomb-shelterish relic alive. He never snickered, never judged. He was kind, funny, and super friendly to my crazy house of dogs and boys. He earned our business through THREE years of careful counseling. When it was time to rip 'er off and start from scratch, we knew Mike was our man. From start to finish, the install crew was stellar. They worked hard, fast, and beautifully, and in a few days our pebble-topping was gone, replaced by a gorgeous, incredibly solid looking cap. Mike listened to our vision to lean more modern with our mid-century and he advised us well. The color, texture, and finish is striking. When Mike came to do a final check in and make sure all the little details were taken care of (nice touch) I couldn't help but hug him. And I've never hugged a service man before. Great job guys!

The entire process from the first call to the last nail was picked up went very well. The sales rep knew his business, was personable, and did not try to over sell what was needed. Scheduling was smooth and somewhat earlier than we expected. The roofing crew arrived on time and completed the job in one day. I invited four suppliers to visit and prepare a quote. One was disqualified within 15 minutes of arriving and the other three offered quotes. Lindholm was in the middle--not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The two main attributes that led to their selection were: 1.thoroughness and professionalism of the quote and 2. they had the best warranty with their qualification as a 5-star supplier of CertainTeed shingles. The job is complete and they earned an A grade. I rated all categories A except price which was B. If asked about value instead of price it would have been A.

On 9/13/16 we had an estimator come over to give us an estimate for the roof. The estimator looked at the insurance estimate and then told us that it was difficult to find people to work in the city, especially on pitched high roofs, but that he would speak to his bosses and see what they could do and get back to me via email with an estimate. To date, we have heard nothing from this company.

We were REALLY impressed with how quickly these guys worked, cleaned up afterward and the job they did. This is a state of the art provider with shingles being delivered to the roof by a lift contraption rather than them slinging them over their shoulders and bringing up the bundles one by one (like our neighbor's contractor did a few days later). We couldn't be happier.
