The team manager was very professional, arrived right on time, the very nice crew finished the work early, and cleaned all the debris very well. I had an opportunity to speak to the owner, who was very accommodating.

GREAT! I am so happy to work with a company that answers your phone calls, is professional, allows you to choose from options, shows up on time and most importantly, DOES A TERRIFIC JOB!!! The beam was sistered and I think it will survive a tornado (our old garage did not, collapsed in straight line winds years ago.) A fair amount of rotten wood was found and the care given to replacing that wood was interesting to watch. Inch by inch, the aluminum that was installed over the repaired fascia was inspected and maneuvered to fit perfectly. The 30 year old garage looked new after two days. A rolling magnet was used to insure no stray nails left that might puncture our car tires. All, and I mean all materials were cleaned up and hauled away. I cannot think of one thing that I wished this company had done differently, All expenses and options were in the initial quote, which was delivered quickly. No open ended "depending-on-what-we-find" other than wood which is obvious in this type of job. To sum up this project, ALL WAS PERFECT!!! So, so nice in this day and age.

They're spectacular. I had them on my house originally 10 years ago. They did a really good job cleaning up. Our renters had a table at their back, and they were throwing things off the roof and I guess they were hitting the table. She called me up and I guess she was kind of nervous about it, but she couldn't get their attention. So, I was able to contact the head guy on the house there and he immediately got ahold of them immediately in five minutes. They started cleaning everything up and moved the table so no harm got done. They got it done in a day!

The work was great. The crew was on time and very professional. They completed the whole roof replacement in 2 days and gave us updates throughout the process. Cleaned up all the trash and left the area cleaner than it was when they were finished. We are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of the work.

Great. They offered us light/colored tiles at no extra cost. Very professional and efficient, though I don't know exactly how one judges the long-term effectiveness of a new roof. No leaks so far.

Very well. The work was done in the time frame predicted by the Project Manager Tom K. The men were prompt, polite, efficient and there was no internal damage which was wonderful. I had been told there is always a possibility with slight patching or painting needed, but that most of the time it wasn't a problem.

I initially meet with the appraiser who looked at the area. He gave his impression of what appeared to be going on. He discussed the minimal corrective procedure and what it would cost. A few days later two workmen came out to further assess/correct the problem. They addressed the immediate problem which, only required caulking. Needless to say, I appreciate the company's honest. They will definitely be my go to provider when my roof eventually fails

First I was given a preliminary estimate from the ground and inside the house as to what might be causing the leak. Once the workers were on the roof the repairs were made at minimal expense.

Extremely pleased with the entire Lindholm experience. I can't say enough about Rodrigo and his team! From day one he was professional, courteous, punctual and honest. The group of gentlemen who completed the project were friendly, very informative and hardworking. This was our first "major" home repair issue and I was at ease the entire time. Rodrigo's patience with us is appreciated and unlike anything we've experienced with other businesses we obtained quotes from. While I hope we don't have to call on them again, if the need arises they will be our "go to" home repair business. Thank you!

The job went well. The did not tell me about an air vent that should have been replaced or removed. I leaked on heavy rain days. They came back patched it. It leaked again so I am having them come back and remove the vent and shingle it over. The original job was completed 05/31/2016. The rework is 3 to 4 weeks out. The original job was about 9,530.00. The repair is estimated at 850.00. It would have been nice if it had been all taken care of the first time.

Today a crew of three showed up to make the needed repairs and did a fantastic job. I want to personally thank Marco Reyes again who apparently was the supervising worker on the scene and made sure that the errors of the last crew were corrected. Today's completed work is a testament of good efforts, workmanship and dedication. Thank you.

The office indicated that the work would begin Apr 4, and the project manager said the work could take the better part of a day or so. Apr 4 came and went; no call, no show. On Apr 5, I was emailed an invoice for the work that hadn’t even been started yet, which is what I responded. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from the crew that they would be there Apr 6 instead. The crew (of one, it turns out) came Apr 6 and installed most of the gutters on the garage, but did not complete the work. He was missing some pieces he needed to finish, and he said he’d be back on Apr 7. In the afternoon of Apr 7, he called and let me know that he couldn’t come, but he would be there Apr 10. He came Apr 10 and finished the gutters on the garage, and said he’d be back on Apr 11 to finish the work on the house. The work order that he showed me on Apr 10 indicated that two roof vents would be replaced, but I told him all three were to be replaced. I emailed the project manager to make sure and was told that all three would be replaced. Two guys came Apr 11 to finish the gutter guards on the house and replace the vent pipes, and to do a bit of fixing on the gutters on the garage, which were dripping underneath from the previous day’s rain. When they left, we asked them specifically if all three vent pipes were replaced and we were told that they were. Of course, we could see from the alley that the third pipe had not been touched, and when we went to look at the other two, they looked terrible, not smooth and neat like we were expecting, but twisted, bulging, and wrinkled. We took a picture of the work and emailed it to the project manager on Apr 19 to convey our unhappiness with the work and our frustration with having been lied to that all three pipes were done. We were told that the work would be fixed. The crew of two returned Apr 26 to fix the work that was poorly done. We were gone when they left, but we asked beforehand if the third vent pipe would be replaced, and we were told that it would be. The next day we could clearly see, again, that the third pipe was untouched. On May 2, the office called and emailed a new invoice to add a late fee because we had not paid (the terms of the contract stated that the bill was to be paid at the conclusion of the work). I spoke to the office and informed them that the work was still not complete, that we had been lied to on two occasions about the work being done. We asked for pictures to prove that all the work on the original order had been done, since we had lost all confidence. On May 4, a month after the project was supposed to start, the crew came out and finally replaced the third vent pipe. When the crew left, he stated that there was confusion on the work order. On May 10, we were emailed pictures of the work. About a week after the work was finally completed, we noticed a lot of bird nesting activity around the gutter guards, even though we were told at installation that there were covers to fit over the ends to prevent animals from getting in. After a few days of observation, we were convinced that birds were nesting in the gutter guards. Lindholm called to see if I received the pictures, and I explained the new problem. After a few more days, the initial project manager himself came out and discovered that gaps were left at the ends of the gutters, large enough for birds to enter and nest. On the south side of the house, we discovered that the gutter guards had not even been installed on the complete length of the gutter; about one-fifth of the gutter had been left undone. Even though we were sent pictures of the work, this segment of the gutter was strategically left out of the shot so that we would be deceived into thinking the work was complete. The project manager did complete the work, and we were extremely pleased with his professionalism and the quality and efficiency of his work. He also did confirm that the other work on the work order was performed; since we had never received a complete set of pictures that we had requested of the work, we still had no idea what had been done. After five visits by the crew, we were deceived twice into thinking the work had been done, and we were sent deceptive pictures to get us to believe the work was complete. When the crew left one day, they left not only our alley gate open, but also the alley gate of our neighbors, after we told them specifically to close all the gates. We also tried to be courteous and let our neighbors know when the crew was coming, since they’d need on their adjacent properties, but after so many visits, this became rather embarrassing for us. The crew left debris in our yard for us to clean up, and they left tools at the site, a drill that we found in our yard and were able to return to them before they left and a caulking gun left hanging from our neighbor’s gutter that we did not discover until the day the project manager came out. We could never recommend Lindholm to anyone for any work. Lindholm’s estimate was higher than any others we got, but we hired them because we thought we were getting their 70 years of family-run business experience that is advertised on the radio. We did not. We suggest that the reader of this review would save time, money, and headache if they just contacted one of Lindholm’s competitors directly for their needs.

Terrific job! The job was done well, good clean up. I asked him to put the same gutters back and they said no problem. They were replaced appropriately. And we've had no problems at all.

I contacted the company and received an email from Joe a couple days later saying he would be my Project Manager going forward on my request. I emailed him my availability, twice, but never heard back. Several days later I received a phone call from Joe saying he never heard back from me. I told him I emailed him twice. He apologized for the mix up so I went ahead and scheduled a time for an estimate. About an hour later he called back to confirm if the appointment was for Thursday or Friday at 10 am. I confirmed it was for Thursday at 10 am because I already had a prior commitment on Friday at 10 am. On Thursday at 10 am he was a no show. I texted him 10 minutes later and he thought the appointment was for Friday. At this point I was done with Lindholm Roofing. I question their work capabilities if they can’t even manage an appointment for an estimate.

I created a list in Excel with each contractor in a separate column. Before calling them, I used the data from Angie's List such as their ratings as a starting point. I then called each for estimates. Though I didn't use LINDHOLM ROOFING INC, I was VERY impressed with them. Each of the 4 companies I used was Angie's List Certified, so the distinguishing factors was what was listed in their proposals. I don't live in a huge house or anything; it was a pretty simple job. I was impressed with my contact with them, AND I was impressed with their proposal presentation. It was professional and detailed. When you have the benefit of comparison, you can get a sense of who wants to provide a service and who wants to get your money. They were definitely the former and had I not gone with someone else, I would have gone with them.
