Everything went very well. It was a small repair job. They were prompt and the crews were fast, helpful and courteous. I would use them again.

I have used Lindholm twice before and was very pleased with their work. That's why I called them for this. Jack came out on 5-20 and said he would get back to me with an estimate. Two weeks later on 6-10 I still hadn't heard form him and so I called and left a message for him to call me. He never called. I called again on 6-14 and he said he would get back to me on 6-17. He never called. I called once more on 6-19 and he said he would call on 6-21 with an estimate. He never called. On 6-28 I sent an email to Lindholm and told them about my experience with Jack. Twenty minutes later Jack called and said he would email me the estimate on the next day, 6-28. Well, it is now 5:15 and I still have not received my estimate. I think I have been very patient, but now I'm done. I don't think I should have to chase someone to get some work done. It's not like I'm not paying for it!!!

They came. For the most part they did a great job. There was some problems: not covering my evergreen and knocking a hole in my globe, not cleaning up after they finished (had to call about that) cracked the globe in front of my house and did not put flashing on the front over the windows; I thought they were roofers and repaired roofs and stop them from leaking but not mine. I have called them at least four or five times about this and it still leaking. They say they have came out, but no one has seen them, no one has signed off on it and it still leakes. I paid, they promised but did not deliver. What can I do my roof still leaks. Do I go to the states attorney ? That's my next move. All I want is for them to do what they said they could do fix my roof.

A service technician showed up on the specified day and time, replaced the vent and sealed the loose shingles. Very quick work. Unfortunately, with all the rain this spring, the leak in my living room ceiling is back. :-(

I got a call back about 2 days after contacting Lindholm from Chris (I believe). He called me on my way to work at 7:30am. I told him that we had contractors replace a rotten gutter and since then we had water get into the house. We were told that flashing was missing from another contractor and wanted to contact roofers who are experts on that. Well that morning when I received the call and explained the issue, the rep from Lindholm started rambling on about how most likely it was not a problem with the gutter replacement and basically defending the gutters as if he had been the one to install them in the first place. Ok, well I called YOU to come out and take a look at it to either confirm or deny that claim and instead you are holding me up explaining something you haven't looked at yet! So I ended up being late for work that morning. Not only that, when I asked the rep if I could call back during lunch to schedule him to come out, his response was, " You don't need to call me back." Seriously!? This guy was in a horrible mood apparently so I'm not sure why he even bothered to call me. Days later, I get a voicemail stating that someone supposedly came out to take a look and there was nothing wrong with the gutter or roof and my file would be put away. Really!!?? I would never use or recommend this company again.

The contract was with my neighbor for our adjoining canopies although we repeatedly requested separate contracts so we could keep our warranties separate. Lindholm refused. It took about 6 months from first contact with Lindholm to get them to complete the work. They did indicate that the wood was a long lead item, but had said it would be 3 weeks or so to get it. After much preliminary discussion and our being very clear from the beginning about the type of wood required, the initial contract was a cheaper wood with no reduction in cost. We had them correct the contract to indicate the exact type of wood required which was to match the existing. The work was finally completed, but we told them that the perimeter gravel stop was installed incorrectly. The project manager from Linholm finally came out to check it and agreed and had it totally redone after 3 weeks or so. All in all, they did a decent job especially with the wood replacement that was challenging, but it was way too slow, way too costly at about $4000 for 165 sf for roofing and about 50 sf for wood decking and a very frustrating experience.

They did a complete tear off of the roof and did a side roof that is flat. It is gorgeous. They picked up everything. They were superb. They have been doing it for years and we cannot say enough about them.

It went very well and they were very professional.

Went fine punctual, cleaned up. It is a new roof. Time will tell how good a job ultimately.

Over the past several years (2009 & 2011) and on the 21st I hired Llndholm Roofing to install gutters rebuild, tuckpoint & cap a chimmey. They also installed a plastic material below ground to keep moisture away from the buick wall of my garage and home foundat.ion. This area also needed tuckpointing and brick replacedment. Which looks great and matches the wall and the outside. Their service personnel came on time, acted proffessional and cleaned up after the projects. My account has always been assigned to Kevin Lindholm. He answered all my questions with alot of attention to details and possible solutions with possible project costs. If a need arises I will hire Lindholm roofing again and I do recommend their company whenever asked by freinds or neighbors.

I called and left a message beginning of May. Was called back next day and told they would go out within next 3 days. Never got a call back after a week. I called again to see what happened. Mark said not typed up, they were overwhelmed. Never heard from them again. Would not recommend this company. I can understand that they may have been busy due to all the rain we had, however, if he couldn't do even the estimate in a timely manner he should have called me back and let me know they couldn't do the work.

On both occasions Mike Huston, manager, was very helpful in discussing what needed to be repaired and he provided options for the repairs. There was no pressure to do unnecessary work. The repair services on both occasions were timely, thorough, and the results were excellent. The men arrived as planned, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves. We wouldn't hesitate to use Lindholm again.

Workers arrived promptly and were friendly, but roof began to leak in the places (and only the places) they repaired several months after repair, causing considerable damage to wood floors. After several calls to Lindholm (including an unanswered request to speak to one of the owners) explaining we planned to ask another roofing company to redo their work, Lindholm agreed to look at the roofs again. The project manager who looked at the roofs again was prompt and helpful. Lindholm called us in the afternoon one day a few days after this visit to tell us they would be at our home at 8:00 the next morning to repair the roof again--we're glad they did this work without charge, but the next day notice was short. When the workers arrived, they weren't sure what they were supposed to do. We went to Lindholm because of the price and the desire to support a local family-owned business. We were surprised at their lack of communication and what seems like disorganization. We were also surprised the owners didn't call us back. Perhaps they couldn't be bothered; perhaps the employee we spoke to didn't pass along the message that we wanted to speak to an owner. Either way, it doesn't reflect well on Lindholm. We would not use them again.

He provided two options with quotes for repairing the leak, as well as a quote for repairing the fascia board. The lowest option was more than double that of the competitor we chose. We had requested a quote from them several years ago and found them to be much higher than their competitors at that time too. We received the quotes via mail five days later - would have liked to receive them sooner via email.

Work was done in a timely manner. Roof was put on quickly,

workers were on time and did their work in less than two hours. never had a problem since.

We have dealt with them exclusively since buying our home in 1988 and we have always been pleased with their work. I think because it is a family owned company you feel as if you know the people you are dealing with. Someone by their name comes out to the home so you can associate.

We contacted Lindholm Roofing for an estimate to have our roof and siding replaced. We were contacted by Tom Lindholm promptly with a day and time set-up for the estimates. We found the estimates to be reasonable and acceptable and agreed to have them replace the roof first. Tom visited our home during the roofing job to be sure all was going smoothly. They cleaned up each day before departing and we found no debris of any kind left behind. We then had them replace our siding which was done by a different team who also was very professional and cleaned up the work site each day before departing. Tom Lindholm also visited our home while the siding was being installed to be sure all was running smoothly. We were very pleased with the entire Lindholm experience and loved how the roof and siding looked upon completion.

They came out and put a new roof on for me. They took off the old roof and they prepped for the job. They cleaned up everything afterwards. The price was very reasonable for the work they did.

Lindholm was one of 4 roofers I called for an estimate after the flat part of my roof sustained wind damage. The person who called me to set up the estimate seemed in a rush and I wondered whether he was listening to the damage I described. I got my answer a week later when I got his estimate. It was for the wrong part of the roof and made absolutely no sense. He had not heard a word I said about what was damaged. Only one section of my roof is flat and is covered with a membrane; the rest is pitched and shingled. The estimate related to damaged shingles. Not the damaged flat roof. I called Lindholm despite reading mixed reviews here, because a friend had had a good experience with them. I will not be calling them again.

They did good work. They are very professional and prompt. Their project manger did a very nice job with me personally.

The gentleman came to investigate the week prior to the week in which the work was completed.

The work was very well done, professional and they provided the service that I needed. Up to this point I no longer have the problem with my roof. They were very respectful and when I made inquiries they answered my questions. They cleaned up real well after themselves; which I appreciated. They came earlier than our appointment so they were very punctual.
