I wasn't home at the time, but when I did get home (from work) I had a beautiful new roof! and for the most part you could not tell that anyone had been there. I am very happy with the work, and everyone at Lindholm Roofing has been very nice. I'm very happy with everything, from the work to the financing to talking with different people. it has been great all around! :)

Fantastic. After having a "Storm Chaser" stop by my house and try to convince me that I had hail damage and should fill out an insurance claim wit them, I call Lindholm for a second opinion. Lindholm roofing gave me an honest inspection and concluded that my roof was in good repair and did not try to sell me extraneous services that I did not need. In ten years when I DO need a new roof they will the ones I call.

Replaced flat roof and exterior balcony on our townhouse, along with balcony gutters. Price was reasonable, and costs did not exceed estimates. . Work was accomplished on schedule. Workmen were considerate and respectful. No problems have arisen from any of the work. Dealing with all of the Lindholm staff, both the people in the office, and the workmen on site was a very pleasant experience. Very happy with results. Very reliable organization. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The crew was quick, quiet, and considerate. Tim's price was fair, and his ideas were terrific. In a time when home service companies are frequently described as unfair or unpleasant, Lindholm is the flag bearer for a company that cares not only about their work, but, about their customer.....top shelf all the way!

Lindholm did a small roof replacement for us about 4 years ago, we called them based on a recommendation from our neighbor across the street, but we also got 3 other estimates. We chose Lindholm because their professionalism, from neatness to paperwork to help in finding just the right shingle along with a competitive price, exceeded everyone else by far. They did a great job in a timely matter, so now that we needed to reroof the rest of the house, there was no question as to whom would be doing the work. A crew of eight arrived here 7am last Friday morning, and by time they left about 7:30pm everything was done! They were neat and clean, the roof looks great! – Kudos to another feather in Lindholm Roofing’s cap for a job well done!!! We highly recommend them for all their capabilities, along with anything roof related, they also do windows and siding. We are building a room addition on our house, and they will be installing Hardie board siding in a month or so.

Crew showed up on time, Material came within 1 hour of crew. Crew protected perimeter, building and plantings. Clean up was excellent.

The crew was outstanding, the project was done in a timely fashion and they did a great job cleaning up everything! It went very smoothly. We have used this contractor twice, and we would use them again.

I LOVE my new roof and chimney. They look great, and I no longer cringe when I come down my street and see that big deteriorating spot on my southern exposure. I got 3 bids and chose Lindholm because of the product, the guarantees, their work record and their very fair price. Plus, they were the only one of the contractors I spoke to that could do the chimney work themselves without me having to contract with someone else - this made my life (and the risk of 2 contractor conflict) SO much easier. The Lindholm team worked so hard in one of the hottest weeks of the summer, and they were efficient and on schedule. They did a great job protecting the plant material and grass around my house - and the cleanup was meticulous. I am so happy I chose Lindholm and gladly recommend the company to anyone needing roof or chimney work.

I want to thank Tim and the Lindholm Roofing crew for the wonderful job they did installing our cedar roof and copper flashing. We get many compliments from neighbors and would definitely use Lindholm again in the future! Lindholm is on our list of recommended exterior service providers to all our family and friends.

We phoned Lindhome to come out and look at a leaking roof. it took several calls for them to schedule someone to come out, which should have been a red flag. They looked at the problem, identified a few more and told us it would be 4-5 weeks before they could do anything. 6 weeks went by and we heard nothing, so we called them only to be told that they were coming out in two days time. The day before the scheduled appointment we phoned up to ask what time we could expect someone but the person in the office couldn't tell us because the scheduling person had gone home (4pm). We were told that someone would call us at 6.30am on the day of, to let us know what time to expect someone. No one called. We called at 8am and were told they were't coming and would come the next day (Saturday). Having taken a day off work, and having plans for saturday, this was not acceptable. They then said they were on their way. At 9.15am we called back and said "forget it"; they called us again, said they were in the wrong and someone was on their way. 10.30am no one here, no one has called. Nothing. So we called the office and said "we're done". If this is the kind of service we get before the work is even started, it's not the kind of business I want to deal with. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

There is a reason why Lindholm Roofing has been in business since 1949, professional service and outstanding quality work. I needed a gutter and downspout replaced on the front of my house and contacted Lindholm Roofing to perform the services. Within an hour I heard from Patty and was informed the crew would be at my property by 3pm that same afternoon. The gutter and downspout look excellent. I am planning on replacing my roof within the next year and I certainly know who I will be contacting. Thanks Lindholm Roofing for the excellent service you provide.

Was contacted and followed up with in a very professional fashion, including next steps and getting a Project Manager out to review the property initially, until the interior leak appeared, whereupon service was changed to an emergency repair service. We spoke with the office at a little after 9 am and the repair was completed prior to 1 pm, prior to the rainstorm. The Roofing Repair Technician was professional, took pictures, shared them with me and described the repair and where it was made on two spots on the roof - front (east elevation) and side (south elevation). Excellent responsiveness and communications. When the repair was discussed, it was noted that even matched shingles, which I had from the original roofing installation would be different in color than weathered shingles - a careful note which was appreciated. In addition, because we already had replacement shingles, the total cost of the repair was reduced. Great job!

They showed up on time. They were well prepar?ed with enough personnel to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Clean up was ok but found some nails later. All in all a good job.

They seemed to have corrected the problem they promised to and I don't have any problem with them. They came out and gave me an estimate and I went with it. The price was reasonable. What they did solved the problem.

Called Lindholm's office to get an inspection and quote for a very minor roof repair. Scheduled the inspection for noon on a day when the weather would be above 50 degrees and all snow melted off roof (Nov 2015). The inspector (Chuck) showed up at 9:35am, no one was home, no advance call to let us know he would be coming (he said he called when he arrived), and then said they wouldn't be able to do the work for at least another 4 weeks. When I asked the guy why didn't he call first, that I planned my day around his appointment, he got surly and said he did call and he was there. That's just bad service. Based upon this one individual I would never use this company nor would I recommend them.

Things actually went pretty good. There were some delays, but other than that they were very good. Their pricing was a little higher although I had someone higher than them. Everyone kept telling me I was crazy for going with them because their prices were higher than things they had done on their house with other people. But every time I would call to make appointments for other people to come out, they would never come out. Or they would never return phone calls to make an appointment to come out. So it was getting a little frustrating and that is one of the reasons I decided to give Angie's List another try. The work was great, I just did not like how he outsourced the chimney work I had done and then try to claim that the people actually worked for him. He outsourced it, that was clear. They are not being honest. I know he outsourced the job to a chimney company and then tried to pass them off as his own. My chimney leaked around the edges because there was miscommunication between the roofer and the chimney company as to who was going to seal and patch around the chimney. Each company blamed the other because the sealing and patching was not done. It rained for a couple of days during that time so I had about 1/2-inch of water in my living room because of a hole in my ceiling the chimney people made. I called them and they had someone out the next day to fix it. I actually called the same guy that did the roof to give me a quote on siding and I told him I wanted him here in person for the siding. He guaranteed me he was going to come out and he never came out, he just sent a quote, which I was extremely upset about because when you tell me you are going to come out I expect you to come out. He told me the project was going to start right way away and it took over a month before they even came out. They told me they could have the work done in as little as three days after I signed the contract and then they told me it would be about a week once they got materials, but then they came out a month later. So it was like they told me what I wanted to hear, but then they got my signature and time changed. The quality of the work was good.

The provider presented me with an estimate after sending out a representative to look at the porch roof. I later asked them for samples of their work and they provided a list of homes that had been recently roofed. I reviewed the estimate for the porch and it seemed incomplete. Two other providers had given more detailed estimates of the work that needed to be done. I emailed some questions to the provider for clarification of their proposal. They did not respond to my questions after two attempts at contact. I decided not to hire the company for the work.

The job was done perfectly. I am pleased with the workmanship and creativity of the team to meet the challenges with 2 flat roofs on the house, 3 additional peak roofs, and the unattached garage. Shingles look great and all flashings neatly completed. Makes the house look really majestic with the quality of workmanship and quality of materials. Had a few estimates on this and was pleased with the rep, Chuck Nyko from the beginning. He explained all and the background behind the company, their employees, insurance, and guarantees. Lindholm was my first estimate and I really did not need any others after our discussion and the quote presented to me. I was definitely sold and pleased. Would recommend 100% to my friends and family. A job well done, KUDOS !

They have done work for me before so i was not a new customer. On August 27th I met one of the foreman for Lindholm Roofing at my home. We spent about and hour going over the required work. I asked him if they were busy and he said this job would not be a problem to get done and they were not busy. I waited patiently for one week, then I called and asked if I would be receiving my estimate and a schedule of work. Fast forward to today September 14th and no less than four (4) follow up calls on my estimate. Each time they promised to get someone to call me back. I run my own business and my team could never treat any customer this way. I will now have to start the process of finding another roofer. I have used them in the past and I was satisfied but if you can't get them to call you back it's hard to use them again. They really need to focus on their customers and be more responsive.

The problem is I paid for them to install gutter guard gutters and they just replaced the gutters I had with the same type of gutters that were previously there. I didn't realize because I didn't go up and look at them but when I had my gutters cleaned this year I was informed that they were the same type of gutters I had before.

Fantastic! It was done all in one day they cleaned up perfectly and it looks great. They were super! I feel their price are fair and they got us on the schedule immediately due to an emergency. I would have had to wait four days with all other companies, but he came out the very next day after calling and with out being asked patched up the roof to control the leak until he could come back in a few days to complete the job. When he came to give the estimate he carefully explained the problems my roof presented with fixing the job and what he planned to do to fix it and also gave me many options on the materials to be used. Highly recommend to anyone!

It took a few calls to get the work scheduled - the project mgr was not very responsive. I had a high sense of urgency to patch the hole since we were getting a lot of rain and a lot of damage was happening to the house...... I was not home during the repairs, but the neighbors got involved and said that they did a great job.

4/23/2015 The workers were courteous, efficient, and did a great clean-up of the ground perimeter of the home. The salesperson knew the product and services very well and was able to describe and explain the process very well. When we had to contact the office they were quick and explained clearly the answer to our question..

We were very happy with the original work. Today, we called to let them know that we have a leak and Mike came out today to check out the problem. He said he would come back as soon as the rain stops to confirm his assessment (may be a siding or window problem, not roof). Although the problem may not have anything to do with the roof, he assured me that he will take care of it. I am very happy with the service and I'm very pleased that he came out the same day I called, even though there has been a lot of rain so I'm sure it's a very busy time. Mike is very knowledgeable and clearly wants to keep his clients happy. I would strongly recommend Lindholm Roofing. .
