The owner of the company left town before the services were completed and left us high and dry for some time before I had to contact him through family to get a response. Final things were amended and we moved on. The services provided were mostly good, other than a bout with water damage from a plumbing error in the kitchen. Things were amended and all parties have moved on.
Description of Work: kitchen remodel, refinish wood flooring, tile install in foyer, fireplace build-out

+ -1 moreIt was an excellent experience. He was thoughtful and he took his time in explaining. He gave me an oral estimate and said he would send a written one by email. I am still getting other estimates so I haven't decided. He was on time, thorough and good.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Lincoln Park Residential Management for sewer work. It would stop the water from coming into my home.

Description of Work: We had a small flood due to heavy rain. My Wife called Tripp Rhea for help. Before we knew it we had people in our home cleaning, drying and removing carpeting. Additionally, Rhea had expert plumbers checking and changin out our plumbing and septic. Furthermore, Rhea had our outside drain overhauled and the city replaced the plumbing gong to the street.

+ -1 moreFantastic. Tripp made the appointment and passed along all pertinent information so that the gentleman who came over knew exactly what was going on. It saved time and, subsequently, money.
Description of Work: After a recent rainstorm, the call box at the front door to our 8-unit condo building ceased to function. I called Tripp, he came over and managed to reset the box so that it was functional again. Unfortunately, the display was still out. Tripp took it upon himself to research the maker of the unit, engage a local electrician who had pertinent experience and coordinated with them to come out the next morning.
