This company gets a gold star for keeping its promise: when they installed a furnace and AC in our new addition, the weather was already getting cold. They told me at the time that they couldn't charge the AC fully, so I should call them back in the summer if the AC wasn't cooling well. Fast forward to summertime: hot weather, not great cooling. I called them and they promptly came out to fully charge the AC, cleaned the exterior of the unit, and checked over a few other things - all at no charge -- and even though the construction company that originally hired them to work on our home went bankrupt. The contractor who works on our home now also thinks highly of them. Nice guys, good work, and they really care about their customers.
Description of Work: Previously installed new furnace and AC in our new addition as subcontractor; recently came back to address a minor problem.
