+ -1 moreIf we had to deal with this company ever again, I would simply do without. Not only was the product substandard but the service handling afterward was horrid.
Description of Work: We ordered a very expensive lamp. It arrived in a perfect box with a mangled product inside. We then had to file reports, submit claims, and argue extensively before the service reps would schedule (a very vague timeframe) a pick up and credit.
