Less is More Organizing Services

Nicole from Less is More was a rockstar. She understood the issues parents have with kids toys in a small city space. She helped me go through every toy and decide if it needed to stay. The ones that made the cut she created a specific place for them so cleanup is WAY easier since everything has a space! She also labeled shelves with what goes there.

Kelly was prompt, well-prepared, aware, sensitive to my concerns about allowing all of the "junk" to accumulate, helpful, and VERY hard-working. I am 74, have arthritis and she did the "heavy lifting." By the end of the time my apartment was livable. I will have her back again in another two weeks for another four hour session.

As a mom of two young children, it was impossible for me to find a block of time to use to purge and organize areas of my home. I am more comfortable in an organized house, and I was increasingly more and more anxious and stressed about the clutter in my home. I saw an advertisement for Less is More Organizing through a parent group I'm a part of, and so I called. I received a call back promptly, and two organizers were at my house within the next couple of weeks. Before they arrived, I filled out a form that detailed my exact needs, as I did not want to have to be present the entire time the organizers worked. Two organizers worked at my home for 10 hours total. They were attentive, professional, thorough, and efficient. They purged, organized, and disposed of the items I no longer wanted. (They got final approval from me first, however, before disposing of anything via trash or donation.) They purchased containers for my laundry room, re-purposed storage accessories for my pantry, and labeled everything. I had to be minimally involved, which is what I was looking for. Other organizing services I've used in the past required me to be much more involved throughout the process, which I just don't have time for. I am so thankful to Less is More for making my home more organized, doing it all with attention to my needs as a mother, my kids needs for their toys and playspace, and my wish to have my house look pretty!

We worked with Sarah to help us wrap our heads around the never ending clutter of toys. She was amazing. Within 3 hours we had decluttered more than any other time in our lives. She showed us what was important, what should be placed where and the importance of "labeling". Only 3 days later and our kids are playing with more toys than they ever did b/c it is not a stimulation overload when they walk in the playroom. We reclaimed some adult space back and enjoying the open space we had prior to kids. Highly recommend her. You never think that you need "organizing" but having someone look from the outside in makes a huge difference and she was great to bring reality to what was really needed to what could be sold/donated!
