Every once in a while, I find a contractor that does such a great job and is such a pleasure to deal with that I find myself wishing there were more problems with my house, so that I could hire them again. Leo & Sons is one of those rare contractors. Leo was friendly and knowledgeable; he showed up when he said he would; he explained what the problems were and how to he could fix them. The work was completed in a very timely manner; the workmen were courteous and attentive and took great care of my house. The price was very reasonable and in the end, I feel like my house looks and feels much sturdier. Its a great feeling to know that the work was done correctly and that, in the future, I'll know who to call if I need anything else. Its so hard to find contractors that instill confidence, especially when you're working with a building that's 120 years old. I couldn't be happier.

Leo was professional and on-time. He was also the most reasonably priced and the quality of his work was great. I will definitely use him in the future.

Leo is a very good guy. His employees were talented, courteous and left the place clean. I do a lot of my own remodeling and know talented professionals when I see their work. They did a terrific job. Their bid was less than the next closest bidder, another highly rated company on Angie's list. I would definitely hire them again and I highly recommend them.

Excellent job! The job took 2 days due to the concrete cap. Price was fair. Leo matched the bricks better than our room addition contractor. I liked that he explained the process. It's clear that he cares about masonry as he pointed out a design issue with our bay windows that could harm the bricks.

Leo was responsive in returning my initial phone call, and we set up an appt for him to view our property, We are a 3 flat condo bldg with 6 units. He made good recommendations for the needed work and his bid was very competitive. He and his crew arrived on the start date ( we had sufficient notice of the start date) and set up the work area quickly, being respectful for the plants and garden area. They were also quiet, which does count a lot when a crew of men is working outside in the early am hours. They completed the job in 3 days, which I though was amazing. They cleaned up each night after they left and left the worksite without any notice that anyone had been there. They showed me the rusted lintels pulled out of our bldg, before having hauled away. Their work was very professional. I have used a few different masonry sources over the past 15 yrs....But I will feel confident in recommending and using them for whatever masonry work we have in the future. Their work was outstanding. Leo was extremely easy to communicate with and professional.

Leo and his crew were easily scheduled, finished the work over a weekend. They were by far the most reasonable appraisal I had received for tuck pointing 3 elevations of my condo. I was very satisfied with the quality of work done and his professionalism. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Leo is pleasant, professional, fair and a skilled mason/tuckpointer. I live in a beauitiful 100 year old brick 3 flat. the arches supporting the roof over the stoop and the 2nd floor balcony were crumbling badly. I was very concerned about how it would look when the rebuild was complete because the the arches were quire elegant and over 100 years old. Leo and his crew knocked it out in 3 days, cleaned up the work site every day when they were done, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the craftmanship. I would highly recommend Leo to anyone needing any type of masonry or tuckpointing work done.

Leo's crew was neat and efficient, arriving first thing in the morning. Areas to be tuck pointed were thoroughly checked, brick work on Stairway was completed neatly and looks great-stairway was roped off for safety.

All work was done in a professional and timely manner. Job site was left in neat and clean condition.

I had tuck pointed completed on an one hundred year old garage. The service was outstanding. I was very pleased. He is very laid back and is eager to please. He is an outstanding masonry. He shows up when he says that he will. He works a full day. He and his crew are craftsmen.

Leo and Sons was amazing. Leo came out and gave us a quote and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Leo went out of his way to answer all of my questions. We received 4 quotes and his was the most reasonable and thorough. Scheduling was easy. They completed the work very early in the morning and did a wonderful job. We barely knew they were there. Provided @ great level, clean & detailed work Easy to work with & on time

Leo Bury responded to my phone call promptly & came out to look at my situation. His comments and recommendations clearly indicated that he was very experienced. He provided a detailed bid and based on other bids I received his price was very fair. He committed to starting the work in about 2 weeks so as to fit my schedule. He re-confirmed the start date & time a week ahead and he provided a certificate of insurance. The day the job started Leo and his 3 man crew were on-site quietly starting set-up about 6:30 AM. They moved outdoor furniture & plants and tarped everything. Despite it being a very hot day they worked solidly until nearly 6:00 PM. The work was completed and cleaned up by 3:00 PM the next day. Leo called me later that day to remind me to spray water on the mortar and concrete periodically for the next 24 hours to slow the drying time. I cannot speak highly enough for the attention to detail exhibited by Leo Bury and his workmen. They represent everything good about "old school" masonary professionals. In addition Leo is a friendly man who made it clear that his goal was to do the job right and leave a satisfied customer. He fully accomplished both goals.

Leo promptly met with me. He Sent me a quote the next day and began work with his crew on time. Leo and his team worked late in the day to finish work on the roof before expected rain. Work was done in a timely fashion and everything was cleaned up when they were done. They used drop cloths when necessary. No surprises. Very polite and professional. Leo made some recommendations, but left it up to me to decide the scope of the job. All told, Leo and his team finished in a little over 2 days on my 2 story gray stone. Mortar used to Tuck-point the gray stone matched like new.

Doesn't get any better than this! Old school, knows his stuff, workers are amazing and tough as nails. Quality work.

This was a tricky job, performed over one and a half days. The new concrete matches the old concrete well in color and edges between old and new sections are not too apparent. This makes the product look well.

I thought they did satisfactory work. They were a little higher than some others, but good. I pay them by the week. I had problems with them at the start up, but it turned out okay. Their main problem is that they do not return phone calls.
