Laura founded Laura Garcia Design in 2010, after nearly 20 years of experience in the commercial architecture world, with the goal of creating a vibrant architecture practice dedicated to client service and exceptional design. The firm provides a full range of architectural services for the design, documentation, permitting, and construction of new buildings, additions, and renovations. Her practice consists of 50% residential projects, and 50% small commercial work, and she collaborates with her clients to develop exceptional design solutions that are delivered within the required time frame and budget. Laura is an enthusiastic problem solver who enjoys unique challenges and unusual project constraints. Her approach is framed around carefully listening to her client’s goals, desires, and concerns, so that she can guide them to successful project completion.

Laura was very friendly and easy to work with. She was responsive and met with me to answer all of my questions. She came up with great ideas that I hadn't thought of for the projects. Overall, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in educating me on the process.
Description of Work: Laura created the design and drawings for the expansion of the second floor of my loft and for kitchen remodeling.
