The sales rep. (Mr. Larsen) was quick to come out and provide a quote, which was professionally done. As the post locations were not shown on the quote he provided, I specifically asked as to whether they would be placed equidistant to each other on all three sides. He assured my they would. After sending in a deposit on 09/14, I contacted him to schedule the work, as I wanted it to be done while I was in town. It took him over a week to respond, at which point it was too late for me to be around while the work was completed. Reluctantly, I agreed to have the work done while I was out of town. Overall, they did a fair job on the welding and finish of the fence, but the spacing of the posts was anything but even, (in fact, not a single one of the sections is the same in length!) I contacted Mr. Larsen to point his out. He called back about 7 days later, and said that he agreed that the posts were not located we originally discussed. As of today, I have heard nothing further.
