If I was going to purchase a home, I will definitely use his service. He was my realtor when I was searching for a home purchase. He is a good guy. His communication was excellent.

This was my first time purchasing a home. Lance spent time with me in his office and explain the process to me. He was very responsive and always returned phone calls when I had any questions. He did a great job overall.

We have been using the service for about 3 years. Lance has done a wonderful job. He is very knowledgeable and has been very helpful. We plan on using him as our Realtor when we lift the condo. Lance is very responsive and proactive. We have recommended him to several other friends who have been equally satisfied. He knows what is being built and what is coming new to the market. He has great financial planning timing. He is always available to answer questions on weekends or evenings.

His service has gone very well. Lance has been very proactive and brings options to the table. He is good at explaining the pros and cons of each option. He helped us negotiate the purchased and helped us get the property at the pricing we desired. He really knows the market and is able to understand multiple components of property value. It is very easy to contact him when I need.

The service went fine. He was very confident, but also a little rigid. We wanted to sell our property at a certain price, but he did not want to sell it at that price. We ended up going with a different broker who was able to sell the property at the price we wanted in 2 days. Lance has a very good and responsive staff. They were more than adequate. I had no problem getting in touch with him and scheduling the service. I know that he is one of the biggest brokers in the city.

Lance is incredibly friendly and honest. His response time is very very quick. He is not high pressure and puts the ball in your court. If you decide to not go through with his service he will not shut the door on you and will keep in contact with you. He is really great to work with and very responsive.

The service went well. He moved quickly and seemed knowledgeable. I just questioned how they acquired their leads and how they make their sales. The Realtor we ended up using has more personal connections. It seemed like Lance depended on canvas marketing and handing out flyers. His approach did not seem as strategic. He was professional at all times and presented everything very well. The information he gave us was great and comparable to the other Realtor we worked with. I would not have a problem referring Lance to others.

Lance is the consummate professional – experienced, thoroughly-prepared, thoughtful, and highly responsive. My wife and I were fortunate to have worked with Lance on both the sale of our condo as well as the purchase of our new home. Lance brought a wealth of experience and insight into the selling and buying process. We particularly appreciated that he had a thoughtful and consultative approach, as he pointed out important considerations along the way which ultimately helped us find our ideal home. Lance was unbelievably responsive to questions we had along the way; you would be extremely hard-pressed to find someone who is quicker to respond. All-in-all, it was a fantastic experience working with Lance; we highly recommend Lance!
