Great roofers! We've used them to re-coat my flat roof for my house and garage to extend their useful life. They use top materials (silicone) and they are efficient. I would use them again for my roofing needs.

Great people to do business with! They came right away when called. Analyzed the problem correctly with the Leaky Roof and did the work quickly and efficiently. Especially liked the fact that they gave a warranty. Also, the price was quite Fair.

LAKEVIEW ROOFING WENT INTO BUSINESS IN 2019, THE CORPORATION & ROOFING LICENSE ARE IN THE NAME OF A VERY YOUNG WOMAN NAMED "AMANDA JOHNS". HER DAD, JUNIOR "MARIO JOHNS" IS AN AGGRESSIVE, SCARY CON ARTIST WHO SCAMMED MY FAMILY OUT OF ALMOST $5K & IS TRYING TO SHAKE ME DOWN, HARASS ME AND THREATEN ME FOR $5K MORE. 1) We have a detailed signed quote for a WHOLE NEW ROOFING SYSTEM with very specific components and brand name roofing products. "Mario" forced his way into my home and ordered his daughter into my kitchen. He was aggressive and said he needed the $5K and my signature Aug. 26th to go get permits pulled for my "whole new roofing system" b/c it was raining. He promised me proof of insurance and a list of subcontractors' names /contact info. and lien waiver releases. I was w/ the children and did not notice until he ran out w/ my check that the contract was co-signed by Amanda Johns! He literally went straight to the bank in my town to cash the check instantly. The next day, my GC and I went to the job site, and no one was working, but ladders were against the side of the bldg. They were short ladders. It is a very tall building. Made no sense. There was one small box in the garbage, no trash, neighbors or tenants saw NO ONE working. The next day he called me and said the job was done and demanded I come there. I told "Mario" I was still at work, and we made a plan to show me the job and review it with my GC the next day. I waited for him on the 29th at the job site, and HE NEVER SHOWED UP. Instead he tried to invade my personal residence in a neighboring town AGAIN. He was kept from roaming my house this time and finally left 20 min. later. He called me all psychotic about wanting the balance W/O showing me the work or legal requirements.. He was irate and unreasonable, whining, cursing, complaining. Would not give me his legal name, would not provide the promised proof of insurance and subcontractor list and lien waivers. He PRETENDED to do a $10K job in about 24 hrs to try and con me again! He DAMAGED my roof FAR worse! More costly now!

Mario takes pride in his work, and was very excited and enthusiastic to show me the completed roof and tuckpointing. He and his crew did a great job, despite having to deal with the weather, and the strict policies of the town. He had no problems tuckpointing the chimney, which other companies had refused to do, and did a great job. His quote was very reasonable, and was less than the other companies that didn't include the chimney. Overall, working with Mario and his crew was an extremely pleasant experience. Thanks Mario!

Mario and his crew were extremely hard working. The work ended up being more extensive than initially scoped as the water damage to my roof couldn t truly be seen until the rooftop deck was removed. He provided me with a fair quote for the additional work and had his team push through the job by working over the weekend. When we discovered that some patching work needed to be done after the job was complete, Mario was very flexible in coming back and making sure it was done to meet all quality standards. Very easy to work with this vendor - definitely recommend!

Mario did a perfect on the flat roof with his co-worker. They worked on a sweltering hot day, but stayed on the job and did the very best work I could ask for under the conditions. Not one leak afterwards when heavy rains followed. He also reattached a fallen piece of siding without charge. I will definitely call Mario again for future work.
