Perfectly well. Scheduling was easy (about a week out) and our handyman, Ed, was fabulous in all respects! He was on time, prepared, polite, knowledgeable, competent, efficient, etc. There was one electrical fixture that had a burned out motor and therefore couldn't be fixed. But Ed took a photo of it, said he'd check out its availability, and get back to me. Thanks, you guys. I will recommend you to everyone!

I called for an estimate; we picked a date. Grant came March 31 right on time. He measured then left to buy the glass. He came back the same day to complete the repair. He was meticulous in his work. He kept checking both sides to make sure it was right.

Great. Got all items on our checklist done in quickly. Very professional, friendly and provided options for solving problems. Will use in the future.

Grant is the best. I have used him 5-6 times for various jobs. He is thorough, honest, efficient, and will work with you to make sure you know exactly what needs to be done in your home. I strongly recommend him to all of my friends and family. There have been times that Grant cannot make it and one of his associates has come to the house. Both of them (I have had two different guys) were very professional and and lived up to the same standards.

Couldn't have been better. Grant and crew will always be my first call. They were 100% professional, were great with my wife, kids, and dog, and came in on time and on budget. When we uncovered the inevitable surprises that lurk behind the walls of 125 year old houses, they devised creative and cost-effective solutions, which work perfectly and look great. Highly, highly recommended.

We were extremely pleased with the work done. Grant and Ed were prompt, courteous, hard-working and VERY good - great attention to detail, and just pleasant to have around. Our finished product looks excellent! The only reason I put N/A for price was because we didn't get any other estimates for the work - we were satisfied with what we paid, but I don't have anything to compare it to. We will DEFINITELY use Lakeshore Handyman again when our needs require it - for big and small jobs.

Lakeshore Handyman is my go-to provider for anything that needs fixing around my house. The employees are always prompt, professional and do an amazing job. (I'm a pretty particular person, so if they meet my standards, they must be doing a good job). Their prices are incredibly reasonable - about half of what some other handyman firms charge. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service that Lakeshore Handyman provides. I will definitely continue to use Lakeshore Handyman in the future for all of my handyman needs.

I emailed the company on November 14, asking to hire them to install 2 small shelves in my bathroom and to paint my bedroom (paint had already been purchased). I was about to contact another handyman service after waiting four days with no reply, when I finally did get a response from the company. I was asked for additional information about the painting estimate. I answered that email the same afternoon. Then I received yet another email from the company asking for more information about the painting estimate. I answered that email as well on the same afternoon. I was then rather surprised to get yet another email (the third one that day) from the company, telling me that the paint I had already purchased was and quot;interiorand quot; and they would not be interested in doing the requested jobs for me. I was politely encouraged to contact the company in the future for other jobs, and to have THEM purchase paint for any future jobs I might ask them to do. I understand not wanting to work with materials that are of poor quality, but as an independent business person (of which I am one myself), wouldn't it be more productive to : A: respond to a request for hire in fewer than four days? B: streamline the number of emails back and forth by asking any and all pertinent questions of the customer in one message and not drag out the suspense of learning what the quote might end up being? C: make a suggestion about replacing the and quot;inferiorand quot; paint with a brand that the company felt would perform better, rather than dismissing the customer completely? D: completely failing to address the other service I had requested (installing the two glass shelves in my bathroom)? I'm not particularly upset about my experience, but wonder how the company can afford to dismiss a potential new customer, one who could refer them much more business due to my own work as a Realtor in this community, which was evidenced by my real estate company affiliation in my email signatures. I had the feeling that a door had been slammed in my face. Unfortunate.

Things could not have been better! Grant was very responsive on the original contact and estimate. Work was scheduled and completed when promised, even though I added a couple small, additional bits of work. His team showed up on time everyday, did amazing work, and the cost was very reasonable. They took great care to make everything as perfect as possible (within reason: the place was built in 1895 after all) and even made suggestions for some minor finish details that made a great impact (eg, stainless steel edging on the kitchen tile). Overall I am extremely happy with the work and will use them again if the opportunity arises.

Grant is very trustworthy and reliable and does great work at a reasonable price. Neither of us is very handy so we keep a list of thing and call Grant every 6 months or so. My aunt recommended him (highly). We are planning to have install new doors for us this summer.

I've used Grant and his team on two separate occasions. Both times they were professional, punctual, and did quality work at a reasonable price. I had them patch some drywall in my neighbor's ceiling due to some water damage. On another occasion I simply compiled a list of odd jobs around the house (desk repair, hanging shelves, drywall repair) and had Todd come out and complete all of them. They do not waste any time and are very pleasant.

The overall experience was really fantastic. They were great. The price I think was fair and what it should have been. I plan to use them again in the future.

Some of the most conscientious and good mannered craftsmen we've ever known. They did an amazing job of getting the basics done, troubleshooting (after remodeling our entire house, we've learned that there's ALWAYS a snafu or two that comes up) and completing the job so it's both functional and aesthetically pleasing. They're extremely hard working, polite and punctual. They were there to work, and work they did. And they take pride in their work. No shoddy workmanship here. Everything was beautiful and precise. We wish we would have known about Lakeshore Handyman before doing some of the other remodeling we had done. We would have, no doubt, saved a lot of time, aggravation and money. They do all kinds of handy work and carpentry, so we'll definitely be using them again for some other small and medium sized jobs we have coming up. Highly recommended!

Since buying our condo a few years ago, we had jobs that needed to get done, but we didn't trust ourselves to do it. A friend referred us to Grant, from Lakeshore Handy Man. We are so glad that he did! From the first job to the last job, he is punctual, very polite and good at what he does. He guarantees his work, however, we have never had to have him come back to fix any work he has done for us. I love our new kitchen sink! He did such a good job on the installation. And our back screen door, gives us extra security...making me feel safer. I recommend Lakeshore Handy Man to anyone who has a job they just don't trust themselves to do, don't want to get ripped off or need someone with skills to do it! He is a super nice guy to boot.
