Beto responded to my request for information via text and we scheduled a date and time for him to come out and take a look. He showed up as scheduled, he listened to the dryer, took it apart and identified the issue and what needed to be done. He had the required parts in stock on his truck. We provided the price $120 and agreed to move forward with the work. He completed the work, tested the machine. The machine works better then before it broke down. Start to finish in about 30 min. Highly recommend this business.

To all of you who are afraid of getting ripped off because of hiring a repairman blindly and being at their mercy, HIRE THIS MAN! I called Gilberto and he arrived the same day. He was on time and even texted me when 15 minutes away. He repaired the fridge with a part that he had stocked (a fan) which was a huge timesaver and could be installed immediately. This low, low service call price included; responding immediately to a southern suburb, diagnosing and fixing on the spot, having a freezer fan available in his truck and being friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I never write reviews but I want the next reader to know, this man is fair and you won't be disappointed. Read his other reviews, they all share a theme; fair, knowledgeable and trustworthy. My appointment window was between 11am-12pm. Gilberto, showed up at 10:30am which was great! Showed him down to the dryer and within minutes he identified the problem. (Heat coils were bad) He replaced the coils and fixed my dryer within 30min. Highly recommend if you need your washer and dryer fixed.

Mr. Gomez is a treasure. He does fantastic repair work at a reasonable price. He provides outstanding customer service. He's prompt, courteous, and conscientious. He repaired our dryer yesterday and our washer about a year and a half ago. I highly recommend La Costa.

Great! He assessed the problem efficiently, replaced the piece quickly, and did a thorough check to make sure things were working properly once he was finished. He got everything done in less than half an hour.

I called on the morning of 6-27-18 and explained the freezer was fine but the bottom was not getting cold. Gilbert said he would be over that afternoon but had a few customers before me and would call when he would be on his way to the house. He called and was there exactly at the time he said . He came in and looked in freezer and told be what the problem was ,the fan in the freezer was out. He told me he had one in the truck and could replace right away and told me the price. He made the repair in a few minutes . The fan started working pushing down cold air. He did a great job . He knew what the problem was, there when he said he would be and at a reasonable price. I would hire him again and would recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repairs.

SUPERBLY. This is my second time using La Costa. I stumbled across his info about 3 years ago while I was renting. He came the following day. I was impressed with his work and work ethic so I kept his info handy. I now own and had an issue with my freezer's ice maker. Beto is a one man show and is a. He is AWESOME. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and no nonsense. Each time I've called for a repair he fixes the issue, explains to me what the issue was and how he fixed it. He is very reasonably priced. He came the next day and diagnosed the problem for a very affordable price. He told my the part that was broken and I ordered it from amazon and replaced it myself 2 days later. The fridge is working great at a fraction of the cost LG would have charged.

Gilberto fixed the refrigerator and installed the garbage disposal on a Sunday afternoon. I called him on Saturday evening and he was able to come out the next day and do the work, which was great.
