 + -1 moreManny is the vice president of the company came by my home to give me a quote of the new fence. He is very courteous, professional, honest and sincere with his work. What he said he will do, he makes sure his guys does it. After the installation, my fence and gate is the best looking one on the block. The price is very reasonable as I have Ameritage Montage panels mixed with one front panel of solid iron with patterns. Not only Manny is good at he does but he is very creative in designing my fence pattern as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is also a contractor with the City of Chicago in fence jobs, too. Manny is excellent and talented at what he does, which is welding any type of gates or iron fence work. Once, you have other price quotes, don't forget to call Manny and he will work with you on the price. I highly recommend him for the fence job as he knows what he is doing.
Description of Work: To install a new fence of four 8' linear Ameritage Montage panels, three 6' linear panels and a 45 inch gate. The entire gate will be newly fabricated out of 1/2" square solid bars and three c-channels. Separating each panel will be 2" x 2" square posts. All materials will be primed gray and painted a glossy black color.
