Very Profesional. Kristopher visited and provided a couple options based on degree of ultimotate quality that took into account the value of the beds. Results were outstanding, exceeding my expectations by 20%.

I called them several times, left messages and they did not respond at all. I would never recommend them or use them.

I had an old 1930's side table in deplorable condition. The wood stain was worn off and in places the wood was dry and cracked. The leather top was dried out from the sun and nicked and scratched from almost 80 years of constant use. I thought my table was beyond help, but I wanted to see if it could be restored before I threw it out. I call Kristopher's Furniture Service. I had some initial difficulty getting hold of him, but once I did, he came over to look at the table. He told me what would need to be done to restore it and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the estimate and he took the table away. Several weeks later, my table was returned in pristine condition. I could not believe my eyes. The wood had been repaired and refinished and it just gleamed. The leather top had been beautifully restored and the hardware cleaned. My table was again a beautiful piece of furniture. Kris is very professional and a pleasure to deal with He is a truly skilled artisan and I would use his services again. I would recommend his service to anyone looking to give new life to an old, but treasured piece of furniture.

I called him on a Friday and left a message on the phone number listed here; he got back to me the next Monday with his cell number. It was a bit odd getting into the shop - there's no sign, and at least in the evening the large garage door that is the main entrance is kept closed and I had to call Chris on his cell phone to get in. But, once inside, he was very attentive, offered several options with pros and cons, and did a great job with the work (though it wasn't finished until a few days after he first said it would be done).

An excellent experience. He even cleaned and polished the table, although we had not expected or asked for it to be done. Kris is a very professional craftsmen, doing work that is very hard to duplicate anywhere.

He picked the drum from my house and delivered it after finishing his polishing work. He gave me choices of what the finish would look like and each one had a different price. He did two sample portions on the drum. He was really good and responsive. He does extensive work.
