Kristi is very talented in interion design, and I found out she also designs women's clothing; which explains her excellent sense of taste, and style. She did a fantastic job of helping me decide what to do. I discovered the hard way that when left to my own devices, I may come close to what I started out wanting; but it doesn't have that pop that says "this place is perfect." I didn't want someone to walk into the room and say, "oh, you must have used a designer." Rather I wanted someone to be able to walk in and say "Mmmmm this really feels comfortable." Without a designer, I would have done things twice; and there goes the money I thought I was saving. Kristi is the best, and well worth her fee.

My bathroom is in a small city condo and has a very small footprint. Nevertheless, Kristi told me that her company could not design a new bathroom for less than $20,000. This seemed like an exceptionally high "minimum" price for a small bathroom. I have since hired a remodeler who has designed a very nice completely remodeled bathroom for under $10,000.

My wife called three times, and left messages for a relatively simple contract. We just moved into our new condo, and we wanted color selection consulting for our wall paint. After the third message Design Interventions called my wife back, and said they would need to check with a Design Consultant for this job, and they would get back to her. Its been almost a week and we still haven't received a call back. If they don't believe the job we requested was worth their time, I would have preferred they just tell us up front instead of ignoring us.

KRISTI WAS SO SWEET TO TAKE PITY ON ME AND HELP ME FIND COLORS FOR SEVERAL ROOMS BEFORE THE PAINTERS ARRIVED. SHE IS VERY THOROUGH, SUPPORTIVE AND CREATIVE. I REALLY LIKED HOW SHE GAVE ME A COLOR REPORT AT THE END. SHE WAS ALSO GREAT ABOUT RETURNING EMERGENCY PHONE CALLS EVEN WHILE SHE WAS MOVING HER OFFICE TO A NEW LOCATION.

THE COMPANY WAS PROMPT & VERY PROFESSIONAL, & PROVIDED THE REQUESTED QUOTE QUICKLY. HOWEVER QUOTE WAS SUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER THAN OTHERS FOR SIMILAR WORK. ADDITIONALLY, SOME SUGGESTIONS SEEMED VERY OUT OF TOUCH WITH PRACTICAL PURPOSES & WITH OUR NEEDS (LIKE USING A GLASS PARTITION WALL IN A HOME WITH A TWO YEAR OLD, A THREE YEAR OLD, & A TEN YEAR OLD, NOT TO MENTION A SPORTS PLAYING HUSBAND). WHILE THE SUGGESTION WAS VERY "COOL" THE FINGERPRINTS WOULD HAVE BEEN NIGHTMARISH. WE ULTIMATELY WENT WITH SOMEONE ELSE WHOSE VISION WAS MORE IN LINE WITH OURS & WHOSE PRICING WAS MORE REASONABLE.

THE APARTMENT WAS COMPLETELY TRANSFORMED TO GORGEOUS! IT RENTED IMMEDIATELY! AND, SERVICE OVER ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY IN DEALING WITH DIFFICULT TRADES PERSONNEL!
