KRISTEN TUMINARO

Overall Kristen was lousy. It became obvious to us when it was too late that she was just out to make the sale and not look out for our interests. We went to her as new buyers, with no sale contingency, in a buyers market (May '07), an excellent credit rating hoping that she could help. The first day with her went fine after we looked at 4 different places. We decided to continue with her and hope for the best. When we started bidding on one place we spelled out what our minimum and maximum prices were. She comes back the following day after speaking to the sellers agent and saying that the max was not enough. She never bothered trying to negotiate between min and max, isn't that what Realtors are supposed to do? We know this because the seller wanted all the agents transactions documented, which we followed through to obtain. She did not help in negotiating inspection problems. She did not show for closing, or send a substitute. She left half way through inspection.
