The guy showed up the first day to do the work and told us that because the bathroom tiles were wet (I'd showered an hour earlier), he couldn't do the work. It would have been nice if we'd been given some information about what to do and what not to do before the appointment. I wouldn't have showered if I'd known that would prevent him from working. He arrived the second day, on time, and worked for approximately 40 minutes-maybe less. I thought he was going to remove all of the loose grout and redo the entire wall, instead he just did the perimeter. No clean up. After he left, I went into the bathroom to find that some of it had dripped on to the tile. Overall all the work was just adequate, but not worth the Angie's List deal price. I wouldn't use this company again.

I didn’t have the best experience as the work wasn’t done well. The work was floppy and wasn’t done even. It was a friendly service but the job wasn’t done correctly.
