John is knowledgable, friendly and efficient!

Excellent experience! John is very knowledgable and was easy to talk, had good suggestions and was able to carry out the plan I envisioned and even make it better! He has excellent people working with and for him. The crew was helpful, efficient, timely and everyone was easy to reach. The work was done early by one day and everything looks great. John gave expert advice. His cabinet makers matched our upper cabinets really well. The finished product is wonderful-- our cabinets look like they are part of the original cabinetry. We live in a historic house, so it was really important that the cabinets fit in. The refacing project took only one day. The two workers arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m. and finished at 5 p.m. The workers cleaned up after themselves very nicely. My only problem with Kent was a slight delay in beginning the work. But this was due to a worker's illness-- completely understandable.

We recently had our entire kitchen redone. Kent Kitchens was professional, super fast, and very clean. The workers made every effort to return our house to normal ever night after they were finished for the day. The aspect of their professionalism that stood out the most to me was that they were very fast to rectify any little problems that inevitably arise and they always gave the customer any benefit of doubt. Kent Kitchens completed our kitchen in Bolingbrook this summer. The kitchen turned out wonderful! John was very knowledgable about kitchen design. He even had a few ideas we hadn't thought of and ended up implementing in the design. They did a good job cleaning up after each days work. There was no mess to walk through when my wife and I got home. They stayed on task and got the job done. I would definitely recommend Kent Kitchens if you are doing a kitchen remodel. John at Kent Kitchens gave me the kitchen of my dreams. My kitchen looks like it belongs in a magazine. John and I spent hours hours discussing the layout, we went over it again and again until it was just right. He helped me pick out the right stain on the cabinets. His installer was experienced in customizing cabinets to professional appliances. He had to customize my 48 inch base cabinet to fit my 48 inch cooktop. He customized the wall cabinet to fit two double ovens and the warming drawer. He did an amazing job with the cabinet crown and light rails. If you want a a high end gourmet kitchen and custom installation, then John is your man.

The kitchen remodel turned out great. It took longer than projected, but was due to suppliers not getting the materials to John's workmen. All in all it turned out to be a good choice and we are happy with the results.

People at Kent were professional; they knew their work well. Choices for materials were good and presented well. As work progressed and something challenging came up, we met to determine best approach. The work was very well done - workmanship was impressive. I would hire them again for a similar project!

My overall experience was good. They were prompt with sending out the salesman, and the installer came as scheduled and finished in record time. We are enjoying our new refinished cabinets as well as our brand new island.
