They were quick, polite, cleaned up after themselves and the price was reasonable. I just hired them for another project and will update my review after its completed.

They were on time, efficient, and did what they said they were going to do. The work they did was exactly what I wanted them to do. This was my second time using them.

it took six weeks and several emails to get plans and a quote. After I signed the contract, they said they'd call to collect payment. They never got in touch with me and I wasted the whole summer waiting on them. Worst business ever!

It was horrible. They allegedly finished the work in October 2013, but they never finished the work. The charge was $2500 but I only paid $1300 because the patio was falling apart. They installed the patio and after 3 days all the bricks started to separate from one another, and they had to come back and fix it. They had to back fill some holes and the person who came said they never compacted the soil properly so the patio has 1 foot dent in it. They had to come back 3 times because holes kept showing up. I sat here and watched them one day and they never back filled, or brought a compactor in, and they said they were not going to come back in and do the work, so I said that I refuse to pay them. They have sued me, I have sued them, and they have sent collection, and I have filed a law suit and I am suing them. They are horrible, and rude, and they refused to complete the job. I hired another contractor to come and do the work. They had to remove all the brick and redo the compacting and do everything. They were horrible. The customer service was horrible, they came out and sat outside the house, and said that we didn't make it for the meeting, while we were in the house. The only thing they were good at was that the design they came up with was very nice. The pricing was great. I have written reviews every where warning people about them. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I purchased the $49 deal from Angie's List and Kemora immediately scheduled Marisa to come out and look at our yard. We recently purchased our house and the previous owners had some extensive landscaping done to the front and backyard but we want to make some changes to make the backyard more kid-friendly. The day we contacted Kemora to schedule our appointment it was 60 degrees but, as is typical in Chicago in March, on the day o on the day of the appointment it was snowing and we had 3 inches of cover on the ground. This notwithstanding, Marisa was able to assess our backyard, looked at photos we had taken and give us some great ideas. She then followed up with an estimate for the work, which is reasonable.

I first started working with Kemora in 2013. As a professional property manager, I bought the Angie's list deal of $49 for a landscaping plan for a budget challenged Association. I met with Colleen who was attentive to my concerns and also offered additional information (like the fact that the reason we had difficulty growing anything in those areas was not just because of the shade, but because the trees secreted a substance that kills neighboring plants-- she suggested modifying our original plans and building out berms for new plants to thrive). With Colleen's help, we developed a landscaping plan that we could implement over several years, as the budget permitted. I now also use them for some snow removal services as well. Both Deanna in the office and Colleen the landscape designer are prompt to respond to my emails and I plan on using their services for more of my buildings and for my own home as well. I have worked with several larger landscaping companies in Chicago. For a fraction of the cost some others charge, you get high quality service done right the first time. I recommend them without reservation.

We've used Kemora for a fall cleanup of our yard for the past several years on their Angie's List Deal. They're very responsive with scheduling, they come when they say they're coming, and do a great job getting leaves and debris out of our yard and even sometimes trim bushes if needed. Highly recommended!

It was very good. They were very accommodating and respectful, and they did a good job. That was the first time I had ever done it. It was an Angie's List special for $129. It was a reduced fee because of Angie's List. Their charges were right on target. The quality was fine. I have nothing negative to say. I have no memory of there being any problems whatsoever.

Didn't hear back from this company after 4-5 attempts via phone and messages through Angie's List. Terrible impression of this company and am not interested in working with them. Would like a refund.

It appeared to be fine but when the time period was up they just left! They did about 2/3 of the job if someone would have came to me or their office called me and said "if you want it all completed it will cost this much more" I would have said sure lets get this done. to me it was very unprofessional.

I bought a Big Deal for the Fall Clean Up. Was able to schedule via email and confirm that I did not need to be home at the time of the clean up since it was outside. This saved me from taking a day off work. When I got home, the yard looked terrific! They had cleaned up all the leaves, cut the grass and cut back all the dead growth in the flower/garden beds. Definitely did a good job and saved me a ton of time. I plan to use them again in the future.

The company was not very responsive. The company didn't contact me in the way I had asked, so there for it made the process take longer.

They did a good job of making our landscaping look a lot better. It went from one of the worst to one one the best on the block.

Marisa, the owner, came to look at our yard and give us some ideas for landscaping. We had 4 different providers come out, and she did the best job of being creative within our limitations. (We were only re-landscaping half of the back yard, so the new design had to match what we already had.) Plus, she was the only landscaper who knew what this weird tree we have was. She also helped solve our drainage problem and addressed a rat-access issue along our back fence. The crew was fantastic, on time every day, worked their butts off, and were very friendly guys to talk to. They did not plant anything (we wanted to do that ourselves), but Marisa did make several recommendations on what to plant that turned out very nice. Overall, we were thrilled with their work. Their price was in the middle of the bids we got. Stonework costs a lot of money no matter who you use, so just be prepared for that going in.

Very good professional crew. Prompt response and accurate scheduling date. If I had any issues come up they immediately responded and took care of the work. We will be using them again in the spring for the perennial landscaping. Address left off review for privacy but available upon request to review their work. It was very good.

Kemora's work surpassed our expectations, and they landscaped our yard in 1 day. I would highly recommend.

Very easy to schedule. Landscape architect who came out was professional, detailed, and gave good ideas. I ended up using a different provider but it was a tough decision.

They came out and gave me an estimate on the project. They were professional, prompt, and efficient. I just let them know I will let them know my plans for this project in the spring.
