Description of Work: They did exactly what was proposed for Fall cleanup through the Angie's List deal. Everything was cleaned up beautifully and hassle free! Would use them again.

Description of Work: Fall clean up, tree pruning. The crew was ver professional and hard working- even came a day before thanksgiving! Communication and scheduling was a little complicated but Ok. Overall great service!

Description of Work: I loved the plan and where it was done, it was great! Where the fencing was cheated or not followed through, problems ensued. The execution of it, not so smooth. The actual labor was resistant to the ideas of the plan and a bit of a chip on his shoulder. Where he did not complete the plan, problems occurred. The plan was awesome and we love the turf. We were able to take some extra steps ourselves but felt the company was overbooked and we were annoying them. They seemed stressed and in a hurry throughout it all besides our first meeting and initial contact. We love our backyard but the follow through and customer service areas need some work we felt with this company. We haven't recommended due to that.

Description of Work: They were to provide a sketch of recommendations and cost for the garden area in 2 weeks. After 3-4 emails and 6 weeks later, the sketch was just partially what we discussed and there were no cost estimates.

Description of Work: Marisa came out and assessed our property. She was great to deal with and I was excited to work with her. She had great ideas and I felt comfortable. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to get the |computer drawing and estimate. She did say that we could take away plants from the estimate if it was out of our budget when we met. The estimate was extremely expensive for my tiny garden. I went to some nurseries and prices the same trees and flowers and the trees were almost $400 less per tree. I don't know who her providers are but they either over charge Kemoralandscapes or kemoralandscapes inflate them. I ended up using some of her ideas and paid 60% less at Gethsemane for the plants and planting. I also spoke to an arborist who told me that the suggestion of trees and |shrubs from Kemoralandscapes |would be fighting for root space and would not live for longer than a couple of years. Overall , I am grateful to have had them come out and help me with ideas and had hoped to use them but in the end I am glad I didn't.

Description of Work: They provided a landscaping design plan for our front yard. They were prompt and professional. They took their time and answered all our questions and listened to our ideas. The cost for the trees, bushes and plants, I thought, was on the high side for what we wanted to do. But, we've never used a landscaper before, so we really can't make a valid comparison. Other then that, it was a good value and I'd use them again.

Description of Work: They did a landscaping consult and then did the removal of several small trees and edging and replanting of new plants. Overall I was disappointed with the work done primarily with lack of knowledge that the site staff had regarding the work to be done at my house, their implementation of the plan and subsequent issues with plants in a particular are dying. Overall, I had to point out the issues from the very first visit. It took three follow-up visits and in the end was just acceptable work. Nothing special. Also in one particular area I can't seem to keep the type of plant they planted alive. Of the three plants in this are one died and they replaced it with a much smaller version of it original. After that replacement another one of the two in the cluster has died. Not sure why I'm having this issue given I have been able to keep all of the other 24 plants alive not problem. Overall, I feel Kemore did the bare minimum to complete the job and that was with a total of four visits - the implementation of their plan, plant placement and possible plant selection were below average. I would not recommend them or use them again.

Description of Work: Provided 2 options for landscape design and implementation for my backyard. Very professional and responsive at first. Design took awhile during the spring because that is the busy time of year for landscape designers, which I was not really aware of. Though, communication was open and I was really happy with the results. We will likely implement next spring.

Description of Work: I bought a special $49 yard landscape review and appraisal, and though Krista was very nice, it took 4 weeks to book the appt. then it was supposed to take another 2 weeks to come up the recommendation. Even though I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I thought I'd at least get a quote for the work, some good ideas, and possibly use this contractor for the work. 3 weeks after the appt I asked and finally got the recommendation. Instead of a nicely architectural graphics and detailed landscape image I got basically a hand drawn map of my lot with where the plants and patio would go along with a list of plants materials and costs. Labor as well. I think a high school sophomore could've come up with a better design and description. for free. And since the late email quote weeks ago I've not heard a peep from them. Obviously they don't need business from a small consumer like myself (Quote was $5600 so seemed a serious amount to me). Not sure how you keep a business running like this.

Description of Work: The company was very prompt sending someone out for the evaluation; however, it is now June 23 and we have not received any "plan" as indicated in their offer. I have contacted them at least twice and was always told that they would send something "soon" or "next week"; so far have not received anything. They took measurements and everything, and we are disappointed since we were hoping to use their landscaping services.

Description of Work: We had a consultation with Marissa. She was on time and very professional. She drew up some rough plans for possible future work and gave us possible landscaping ideas. She was wonderful to work with, and I would not hesitate to consider Kemora when we proceed with our landscaping project.

Description of Work: They provided us with a quote and drawing. We asked for many revisions, which they provided in time. It is their busy time of year I am sure. They are schedule to start the work in a week. I will provide an update after the project is complete. They are doing much hardscape as well as plantings.
