KELSO PAINTING

Description of Work: I hired him to scrape, powerwash, paint and repair the outside of my house. The work he left undone according to my contract: the basement door is blotchy and needs another coat of paint, the shingles on turret are missing and were to be replaced (they fell off when he was painting,) the trim off the deck of the stairs is unfinished, the trim on the west side of the building is the wrong color, the column on the front porch has a gap (there's a piece of wood that got knocked out when they scraped the paint and it wasn't replaced,) the basement windows on the south and the east were not painted correctly (they painted the screens in,) repair trim under bedroom window (s/e) was scraped and it left a hole which was not filled. The front porch stairs were not painted, the back porch stairs (n/s) were not painted, the porch itself was not painted. He scraped the trim on the window and there was a crack that he didn't fill and he never repainted the trim.
