+ -1 moreI CALLED, SPOKE TO A PERSON WHO TOOK MY INFORMATION, AND NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I FOLLOWED UP ONE TIME AND STILL DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE. MY ONLY ASSUMPTION IS THAT THEY ARE BUSY AND DO NOT NEED THE WORK.
Description of Work: I NEED A NEW FLAT ROOF (TOTAL TEAR-OFF, I BELIEVE).

HIS CREW IS GREAT AND THEY WANT TO SHOW YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON. HERE IS A SECRET, IF YOU ARE A CONDO. BOARD MEMBER AND YOU WANT TO KEEP THE OWNERS PLEASED - HIRE KELLY'S CONSTRUCTION AND ROOFING. AS WITH ALL CONTRACTORS, YOU GIVE THEM COURTESY,FEEDBACK,OPEN-COMMUNICATION AND RESPECT - THEY GIVE IT BACK TO YOU. ONE OTHER SECRET, KELLY'S GIVE A LONGER GUARANTEE THAN MOST OTHER ROOFERS IN CHICAGOLAND.
Description of Work: I AM A CONDO BOARD PRESIDENT AND BADLY NEEDED A TEAR OFF AND NEW ROOF. I CALLED SEVERAL ROOFERS FOR BIDS IN THE SUMMER OF 2003. CARL FROM KELLY'S ROOFING CALLED BACK THE SAME DAY AND CAME UP TO MY ROOF TO TAKE A LOOK. HE SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE HAS EXPERIENCE WITH WORKING WITH CONDO. ASSOCIATIONS AND OFFERED TO MEET WITH THE RESIDENTS THAT LIVE HERE AND OFFER AND TO SHOW THEM WHY AND WHAT WAS NEEDED FOR OUR ROOF. HE GAVE US THE WRITTEN PROPOSAL IN TWO DAYS AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. LIKE I SAID, I HAD SEVERAL BIDS THAT SUMMER. KELLY'S CONSTRUCTION AND ROOFING STAYED IN CONTACT WITH ME AND STARTED THE JOB WHEN WE AGREED. KELLY'S HAD A DILIGENT,PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE CREW WHO TOOK THE OLD ROOF OFF WITH OUT MUCH OF A MESS. THEY WERE HERE EARLY IN THE A.M AND PUT THE TIME IN NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE A.S.A.P. THEY DID EXTRA THINGS THAT THEY DID NOT CHARGE FOR BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT THAT WOULD MAKE THE ROOF LAST. HE STUCK TO THE PROPOSED PRICE
