+ -1 moreStuart Keeshin was very responsive and professional. He took his time in doing the inspection and explained the process and findings to us. There were several issues that needed to be addressed, and he wrote notes explaining those issues so that we could present them to our attorney and the the seller's real estate agent. He used a program on his iPhone to write the report as he went along, so he was able to submit it to us quickly.
Description of Work: Home inspection of one bedroom condo property.

+ -1 moreThe inspection was very informative and complete. I received the inspection report via email one day after the inspection occurred. The report mentions each piece of the building and all its utility components. The report also contains some recommendations for what items need attention right away as well as a listing of home maintenance items.
Description of Work: Stuart of Keeshin Inspection Services conducted a home inspection of a 2-flat my wife and I are planning to buy. I toured the home with him during his service. Stuart pointed out various defects as well as items that have been well kept in the home's 97 year history. The visual inspection covered all levels of the property including the roof and the detached garage.

+ -1 moreStuart was very friendly, professional, enthusiastic and seemingly knowledgeable about the vintage building I'm moving into, and his report was easy to read, helpful for the review process, and as far as I can tell, correct. I would definitely recommend him.
Description of Work: I'm moving into a new condo (3BR, 1 1/2 bath) and Stuart performed an interior and exterior inspection during the review period. It took 2 hours and we walked together through each room and then around the building, on the roof, and through the basement. He emailed a detailed PDF report the following day with his findings.
