Colleen was very helpful and friendly. She pointed out a lot of factors--both good and bad--that we had not considered as we looked at places. In addition, she never pressured us to hurry up and choose a house even though it took us three months of searching to find the right place for us. When it came time for the inspection, negotiation, and closing, she had a set of trusted vendors that she put us in touch with. That helped make the buying process quicker and easier. Overall, Colleen acted more like a partner in the buying process than a provider just out for a commission. I would say that she goes above and beyond for her clients.
