Nothing, I missed the date window of available services for the deal. No work was performed, no refund was received, not credit was given, no contact from the company at all. If someone wants to call me to rearrange this review, please do. Since I'm forced to give a grade and responses, I'm going with the worst, not knowing at all how the services would have been performed

The quality of the work was poor. I had to point out obvious places where the cleaning was not done well. In fairness, once I point missed items out to the owner, she did return and redo some of the work. I would not recommend this provider.

They are scheduled to come out on the 18th of January, so I have not used them yet. I will be happy to write a review when they have finished.

They brought 3 people for 2 hours. They only cleaned 3 rooms because that was all the time they had. I was expecting them to clean more of my house. It was an average job.

I had no problem reaching Darlene to schedule a cleaning. She was courteous and professional on the phone. She arrived on time and brought an assistant. I did not stay home while Darlene and her assistant cleaned so I cannot speak to the speed of their work. I have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in 1600 sq. ft. They completed the work in 3 hours, and Darlene very kindly stayed a bit over to finish up the floors without charging extra. That was a nice surprise and very much appreciated. I've had many cleaning services at my home, and I would say Darlene's work was on par with those services. If I have one complaint it would be that this was really just a basic cleaning, not a deep cleaning. The service I had in the past was one woman who cleaned the whole house in 3.5-4 hours and did a good job. I had thought that two people working for 3 consecutive hours might result in something a bit deeper. In their defense, however, it had been a while since my last professional cleaning so I'm sure it was honestly all they had time for. Perhaps this coupon was meant for a smaller house. I would definitely call Darlene again.

I have been deathly ill, and did not realize that there was an expiration date or that it was past. When I called her and explained my situation she would not honor the voucher.

I purchased this service as an Angie's List deal and was very pleased. Ms. Jett and her staff took great care in cleaning my home. They are responsible, professional, and obviously take pride in their work. If I use them again, which I intend to, I will ask them to pay closer attention to vacuuming every speck of dirt and dust in the house. (I'm a stickler for that.) I'm certain they will take care of it. I highly recommend this service.

I purchased a Big Deal for Elite Cleaning Service. Darlene emailed me that day to set up a time. Typically, you have to initiate contact. So, I was pleased she took the first step. She and her daughter arrived exactly on time, fully equipped with all cleaning supplies. In the past, I have often had to provide them so this eliminated having to organize supplies in advance. I was there part of the time, and they went about their tasks quietly and I almost didn't even know they were there. They were finished in the allotted amount of time. I was very pleased with the level of cleaning. The floors sparkled and everything smelled fresh. I would highly recommend this business to even the pickiest of customers. Fantastic experience

Long story short...DO NOT BUY FROM ELITE!!!!! - They were a NO CALL - NO SHOW for my appointment!!! - Rude customer service - Extremely unprofessional Here's the story if you want to read it: I had an appointment with Darlene Jett's cleaning company on January 23rd, 2013 at 9am. My mother had given my husband and I an Angie's List coupon as a wedding gift. I spoke with Darlene several weeks in advance of the cleaning appointment and gave her a cleaning date of the week of January 14th. She explained to me that she was booked that week and said she could do it the week of January 21st. The coupon expired on January 18th and she was unable come out this day so she explained that she would honor the coupon for January 23rd even though it was passed the expiration date. Upon giving her my address she also mentioned that my house was outside of her driving range, however that she would honor the request since the coupon was already purchased by my mother. On the day of my appointment, Darlene Jetts and ELITE was a NO CALL - NO SHOW. I called her 1 hour and 30 mins after she was supposed to be there and she told me "I decided not to honor your request". When I asked her why she stated that the coupon was expired, I lived outside the limits, and that even though I said the coupon was a gift she had never even spoken to my mother. What a bunch of CRAP considering that she SPECIFICALLY told me that she would honor the coupon and come out to my house. Also if she didn't want to honor the coupon b/c it was a gift I would have had my mother speak to her directly to make the appointment if that was such a huge concern! Then when I asked Darlene Jetts why she didn't call or let me know she wasn't coming she said "I just made the decision not to honor it, what else do you want me to do?". How about you pay me for the time I took off work to come and let you into my home to clean? How about you pay me for your inconvenience and TERRIBLE attitude over the phone?This woman should not be in business. My mother has made the request for a full refund or a replacement provider. This will also be going to the BBB. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ELITE!!! They are unprofessional, have TERRIBLE customer service, and LACK of tact at its best!

Darlene and her two workers arrived on time and got right to work. Darlene was very attentive to my preferences and checked with me about scents in cleaning products and what I use to clean my hardwood floors. Elite Professional Cleaning Service cleaned my large living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallway on the first floor, and on the second floor 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Since this was an initial deep cleaning session, they spent about 12 man hours scrubbing, dusting, and cleaning floors. I am very pleased with the condition of my home since then. They will return tomorrow to clean for the balance of four hours remaining on the big deal. A clean house for Christmas and no exhaustion for me!

3 people came at 1:00 instead of the standard 2 (I thought they'd be there until 5:00) husband told them to start upstairs and basement (unfortunate communication) after 8 man hours (3:45) they were going to leave, but had not even touched main level I got home just then and asked if they could stay (days before Thanksgiving - wanted it clean) they stayed until just after 6:00, working in my kitchen so I couldn't make dinner Later checked the basement, don't know what they did as nothing looked cleaner than before Quality of work was better than I would have done (except basement), but not outstanding This is the first time I've had professionals clean and have no plans to hire a regular service. If they were closer to my house i'd be more likely to recommend them

These folks were ok. It is four hours for one person and two hours if they use two people. Wish I had known that in advance. I opted for the two hours and they did nto finish the whole house, so I wound up paying more.

The were polite but took too long in the kitchen for what they did. He did a better job in the bathroom. I got out of the way so they could do the job but I should have been right there pushing for more to get done. .

It said DEEP cleaning, I was expecting a higher level of detail. They stayed a little over-time without charging which was nice, and necessary in my opinion to make up for wasted time dusting and moping the floors. They would be better if there was less people and you could tell them exactly what to do and what not to do, I often did not agree with how they choose to spend their time. WAY too much time spent moping the hardwood floors the old fashioned way, which was left wet and looked dirtier when they left from all the water stains. They should have just swept it and thats all. Wasnt much of a sense of urgency.

We had the cleaning done almost two weeks ago and I struggled with writing a review or not writing a review because I knew I won't have nice things to say. I eventually decided I should write one because other people should know about my experience. The team was nice. They came in with all of the their cleaning supplies and asked what we wanted done. I wanted the whole house cleaned, but I highlighted things that I wanted to make sure they didn't forget (ceiling corners, baseboards, window sills). I ran errands while my husband stayed home with them and when I walked in the door it *smelled* clean. It was over 2 hours into the 3 hour cleaning and they were still working on the upstairs...I was immediately perturbed. There was no way they were going to be able to clean the main floor in 45 minutes. When they did arrive on the main floor, one person worked on the kitchen (counter and stove), the other one took the light bulb covers off the chandelier and washed them then mopped the floor, and pledged the tabletops...and thats about all that was done in the 45 min they were on the main floor. Their vacuum broke so they asked if we could use ours, we said yes of course, but they never really used it because the carpets in 3 out of 4 rooms still have fuzz and other stuff on them that showed up they were never vacuumed. The bathroom baseboards are still dusty and that was one thing I had specifically asked them to do. We have used cleaning people before and this company pales in comparison to the other company. I know it was only 2 people for 3 hours, but I would have thought they would have at least done the obvious (bathrooms thoroughly, all surfaces, moved furniture to vacuum and concentrate on the kitchen - sink, cabinet doors wiped down, fridge surface cleaned, floor washed, etc). We will not be using this company again.

Darlene and her assistant were punctual, professional, and took the job seriously. She was accommodating time wise, even when I had to push the appointment time back at the last minute. The service was excellent! They even surprised me by staying slightly longer to finish the end pieces of this job at no extra charge. I respect that she cared enough to finish what was started and not just stop because the clock did. I will definitely be using Elite in the future.

my overall experience with elite cleaning service was excellent. they were prompt and professional i will be using them again. again i say thank you angies list for companies like elite.

First cleaning was fine. Since then they have not responded to numerous attempts to re-book for remainder of what is owed on coupon. Not professional.

Darlene and her helper arrived on time at 7 am and got right to work. We just moved into our house a few months ago, so there was plenty of dirt to keep them busy. They worked around me (I worked at home that day) and did a good job overall - cleaning windows, floors, bathrooms, even making the bed. They even stayed about 20 minutes beyond the 3 hours to finish everything. They missed a few minor spots, but given how much work there was to do, I'm still happy overall. They were very friendly and personable and I will probably call them again in the future.

I re-requested Darlene to come out to clean my place in which the first time I gave a "C" grade (See below for my review on her first time cleaning my place. This time she brought a gentleman with her. She and he did a splendid/superb job. The first time, she came by herself in which understandably why it wasn't as good as this time. Everything was cleaned to the "t". They left my place smelling really good. They kept me posted throughout the cleaning process. When they finished with a room, they asked me to check it out to ensure it was up to par. Not only were they great cleaners, but very personable as well. I have finally found my permanent house cleaner. I plan to hire them at the least once a month. Do not pass their services up, you won't be disappointed.

Overall the lady who cleaned my condo was a very very nice and personable lady. She left my place smelling good and the inside of my refrigerator looked brand new when she finish cleaning it out. I sometimes go in the refriegerator justto look at how clean it is. For some reason, it just makes me feel good. However, I found that she ten to miss OBVIOUS places/spots of rooms that should've been cleaned and NOT missed. I did not expect for her to be detailed-oriented to the extreme, it was just thoseplaces that she did not clean and was obviously dirty and needed cleaning. For example, I has to point out an area in my bathroom wherethere was scum that would be obvious to anyone that walked into the bathroom and this ws AFTER she stated that she had cleaned the bathroom. After pointing this out to her, she did go back and clean that area. Moreover, the window sill in my kitchen was not cleaned, another obvious place. I was asked if I would like the dirty dishes to be put into the dishwasher or washed, although I said "No, that's ok", I said it because ny the time she got to that area it was more than 3 hours later and I had an appointment to go to within the next 45 minutes. Overall, my experience with her as a person was great, howver if she could jus touch-up on making sure all areas/spots are cleaned and in more time efficient manner, I will most definitely give her a grade "A". Whatever she does clean, she cleans well, but missing obvious dirty areas/spots was a bit of a nuisance.

She was punctual and professional. She layed plastic on my carpet, then proceeded to put her cleaning supplies on it very impressive. She did a very nice job, went about her business like she wasn't even there. She did what i asked her to do, I would definetly use her again. She mopped herself out the door, nice!
