 + -1 moreIt went great. Karl and Sean stopped by the week before to confirm paint colors and pick up keys. They did an amazing job. Can light in bathroom broke during process...they replaced it and another one for us. Our condo looks fabulous.
Description of Work: Painted entire 2br/2bath condo. Fixed water damage from roof in main room (cathedral ceiling), kitchen, and hallway. Cleaned up/patched moldy spots in bathroom, caulked some cracks in ceiling throughout home, painted crown molding and floor boards.

 + 0 moreOverall I have to give them an A++. From start to finish they were very professional. I would say the best part of working with them is they did not push any product on us. We told them what we wanted and they delivered. Along the way they gave us some great cost cutting tips and they past the saving on to us. I would recommend them for any interior paint project to beautify your home or office. I also like that they were college graduates; it gives them some extra credibility.
Description of Work: This is the second time we have used Sean and KC construction. Each time they did a great job. This time though was over the top. They did such a beautiful job painting and installing crown molding in our home. They painted all four stories as well and performed some of the most fabulous faux finish in the kitchen to give it a real Tuscan feel. They were so helpful in giving us tips to give us the finishing touches we needed for our new home. Every time someone comes over for the first time, they tell us our home looks like it has come straight out of a Pottery Barn catalog. All because of the great work from Sean.
