+ -1 moreKaren and Lou have helped me find 2 condos and a house to buy within the past 7 years as well as helped me sell a condo. They are total professionals who never wasted my time, rather they LISTENED to what I was looking for and showed me everything in my price/amenities list. They are extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and how best to negotiate with buyers/sellers. Closing on each of the properties was smooth and painless thanks to their well-organized office that makes sure all documents they are responsible for are prepared and ready at the closing. Best of all, they are caring, compassionate and funny people who clearly love what they do and love dealing with people. My friend recently found her condo through them and had the exact same experience as I did. I will never use another agent as long as I'm in Chicago.

+ -1 moreWe love, love, love working with Karen and Lou. They are smart, professional, totally honest, and they will go out of their way for you, to make sure that you are happy with their services. When we moved to Naperville, they provided invaluable assistance in helping us find a home, even though they work only within the city. They also managed to sell our home in a buyer's market, for over list price. If we eventually decide to move back to the city, we will be calling Karen and Lou.
Description of Work: Karen Breen Elia and her husband Louis Elia have been our real estate agents through two moves, providing sales services and helping us to find a new home both times. I did not put an amount paid for work, since it was a standard percentage of the real estate contract.
