Kamberos Associates

I imagine that there would be no more honest real estate broker than Buddha or Jesus Christ. But, until either comes back, I'll settle for Ted Kamberos. His sincerity, knowledge, and honesty are astounding. What was particularly impressive in my case is that Ted pushed me down a path that was in my interest, even when it conflicted, ever so slightly with his. When it appeared that the property I was interested in might need significant work, he was diligent about identifying and talking to contractors. When one deal didn't work out, he expressed not the slightest bit of annoyance, and set to working on the next deal when I indicated I was ready. At no time did I feel the slightest bit pressure to do as he wanted and not as I wanted. Ted is also a landlord and a property manager, apparently. While I haven't had any direct experience with him in that regard, I imagine that his tenants are pretty fortunate.
