Description of Work: When all other providers claimed they were too busy to service my gate and motor or were over priced KGDoors came and did a fantastic job. They have a customer for life.

Description of Work: KG came over as scheduled and delivered the services as expected. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Description of Work: Got the special to replace rollers and tune up. Also had a problem with getting the garage door to stay closed. He replaced the sensors for the garage door and did the tune up. Now the garage door works great, and sounds much quieter.

Description of Work: He replaced the rollers and springs on our garage door. Excellent service and a terrific deal.

Description of Work: I made an appointment by phone for 8:30 AM. He arrived at 8:25 the next morning and I explained that my electric eye units operated sporadically. He replaced and aligned the units on each side of the door, made some minor adjustments to the door and was finished by 9 AM. Have had no problems since.

Description of Work: I had a garage door with a failed spring, so the garage door opener could not open the door. I called K G Doors and they came out in the same day. The repairman showed up as promised, during the time window promised. The work was done in a prompt manner and was reasonably priced. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Josh had to completely change over the pulley chain system for our very old very heavy garage doors. When he was done a much safer and better working system was in place.

Description of Work: Last night we couldn't lower the garage door with the remotes -- I woke up expecting to find the snowblower stolen or worse, one of the cars. This morning I called KG Doors. Before I even finished leaving a message on their machine, I got a call back. The repairman came an hour later, diagnosed and fixed the problem in fifteen minutes, and I had a working garage door. I think a squirrel had eaten through the photo cell wire, and the repairman spliced it back together.

Description of Work: I first phoned and reached someone on the first try. The problem was the garage door would not always rising when the button was pushed and would not cut off when it reached the end. After I described the situation they agreed to come and take a look the next day at 9 am. The service man arrived early at 8:00 am which was great. All it needed was some simple serviceing/adjustments and he was done in 30 mins. He did not try to sell me a new door or new parts or motors or anything. Eventually it will need more work and possible new motor but he thought it would work for now. The charge was very reasonable. What more could I ask for?

Description of Work: I called yesterday to see if someone could come out and fix my old garage door. It would go part way up and stop. My appointment was between 8-9am today. This morning I went out to check my door again and it went up but would not come down. I was glad someone was coming out soon. Wayne showed up on time and in a matter of a couple of minutes figured out the problem. One of the rollers was off the track. He told me he could fix it and he did. It took just a little while and the door is working properly again. Thanks Wayne! I would definately use KG Doors again with no hesitation whatsoever.

Description of Work: We had our automatic garage door opener repaired. It had stopped working and some gears within it had cracked. It was repaied and is working fine. Repairman came a little early but that was ok. We are happy with this repair job and would use this company again.

Description of Work: Josh came right over after I placed the call about my garage door which had become detached from its track. I had no idea what the cost to repair might be, but was expecting something more in the vicinity of twice what he charged me. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job in a timely fashion. I'm glad I called him, and will do so again should the need arise.

Description of Work: superman arrived on 12/31 at 1:15 to fix my door on an emergency call. He arrived 10 minutes after i called and was gone 20 min later. i was able to secure my door and attend my cousins wedding on time. did i mention it was rsuning cats and dogs.

Description of Work: Replaced springs on door. Had to locate new springs as the doors are old and they did not stock springs. Super professional, they were a bit pricier than the last, but they did have to find the old springs requiring 2 visits. Excellent experience.
