Later I reviewed the unit, and was satisfied with its cleanliness and the good condition of the carpet. He had an opportunity to charge extra, but he did not. I am a longtime (15 yrs) off-site client of Mr. Lewis; we communicate via phone and email. Until I have an unsatisfactory experience with his company, I will continue to utilize his services.

As a result of negligence of the installation team, our basement was flooded. Lewis Carpet blamed us and refused any help with the clean up or the damage.

We had let our carpet go for far too long and it came out looking like new. He moved pieces I didn't even think he should move. He is very detailed, courteous, and polite. My husband and I both look forward to having them take care of our home again.
