The staff was great.The staff was very prompt. They left the area clean when they were finished. They worked on about an acre of land.

Good, they show up each week on Fri/Saturday. Additional services can be added on for spring/fall clean up and leaf/snow removal.

Until this season, the lawn cutting was perfect. I've used a LOT of lawn services, and this is the first one that didn't ever shave my grass to the roots. Until this year. This year, they've done it twice. I took a photo, sent it to them with a note saying I didn't want to see it again, and things have been better. It doesn't take that much more time to mow instead of whack, and the mower never shaves the grass. Communication is difficult. I've often left messages without getting a return call. When I made an appointment to show Juan exactly what I needed this season, he didn't show up. The assistant on the phone told me to look outside to figure out why Juan didn't show up. I became angry, and Juan was on the phone immediately apologizing and rescheduling. He showed up the next time. I haven't yet checked the gutter cleaning they did, but they weren't especially careful about digging up half of each plant I wanted thinned. I've had to dig up leftovers myself. They also ignored my instructions to cut the shorter of the ornamental grasses all the way to the ground. (If you don't, the new growth comes only at the edges, leaving a Friar Tuck style bald spot for the next season. Again, I had to redo what they did. That said, if they continue to perform the weekly grass cutting as they're currently doing it, I will likely continue the relationship. The quality of the weekly cuts is considerably above the level of other "landscaping" companies I've used. I'll just do spring and fall cleanups myself.
