He stole our money and never performed the service. Do not use this man.

After completing the quote I paid the service provider $2500 supposedly for roofing material which was never bought because about 4-5 times I was told that the materials would arrive but they never did. I offered to transfer the money to the owner, Matt's account due to some issues but everything went through his Chase account. We both walked to a Chase bank and transferred money to his account but realized that the Chase account had a different name than what Matt is calling himself which was Anthony Tinzine. I'm not sure if the owner is creating what seems to be fraudulent accounts through an alias on HomeAdvisor because his name is completely different from what I've seen so far. I don't want this company to be tricking customers to give deposit money and lying about it to drag out the process or else there wouldn't be a reason for him to give me different names. I also keep getting advised that I would get my money back but then the owner changes his mind and after advising that I would get a hold of the police he then threatened me. Matt also has a cousin named Nic who has attended our meetings who is the one that has threatened to hurt me by saying that he would bash my head with a hammer because he doesn't like "snitches" which I'm not sure what that is.
