Joe and his company were friendly and professional. We had a huge job on our hands, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. Joe himself was on-site and/or easily reached when needed, and responded to all concerns and questions with a friendly, patient, and comprehensive explanation or solution. As we had never done a remodeling project of this size, we had a lot of questions and Joe always made us feel like we had his undivided attention. His crew members were friendly and courteous. The job site was kept clean and safe, which was a concern as we have kids and a dog. We were kept in the loop as much as possible, were given lots of room to discuss our own wants and needs, and gave us options to keep us within budget wherever possible. We have already referred him to friends of ours and we get constant compliments on our new kitchen. We're 100% satisfied!

I wish I had found Joe before I did. Two weeks before our wedding in August 2010, our basement flooded. Everything needed to be redone -- dry wall, carpet, bathroom, everything. At fist, we hired a contractor (not Joe) for the project and, simply put, he could not deliver. A year went by, very little was done and that which had been was done poorly. I was so frustrated with the lack of progress and really felt like I could not find anyone trustworthy to remedy the problem and complete the job in a timely manner. ENTER JOE. Joe is everything that you want in a contractor: extremely knowledgeable, experienced, honest, timely, a great communicator, an effective manager, and reasonably priced. Joe presented us with all of the options available to remedy our flooding problem. We chose to have him install drain tile and a sump pump (he gave us the exact same warranty as Permaseal) and did the job better and cheaper. He remediated the water damage and completely finished the basement -- including a full bathroom remodel, new windows, a fireplace installation and moving a support beam to give us more room. He also repoured the concrete which was pitched wrong on the outside of the house. Every step of the way, Joe's attention to detail was incredible. For instance, I wanted to paint the ceiling in our basement a high gloss paint to make the room look taller. Even though the paint was very expensive and difficult to use, Joe applied coat after coat (without charging me a dime extra) until it looked perfect. When I did not like the tile I had chosen for base of our shower, Joe built me a new one made out of marble tile which looks fantastic. And Joe made sure to keep all the original details (such as the curved lines in our sidewalk) when repouring the concrete outside. Because of Joe, our basement looks fantastic and better yet, has not flooded again. Moreover, I have recommended Joe to several of my friends and all of them have had the same, excellent experience. I cannot recommend him enough.

Joseph and Associates met their commitments on each of the projects listed above. It was a very good experience. No matter what day of the week or time of day, Joe answered his phone and any questions we had.

HE PARTIALLY REMOVED THE PORCH AND THEN HARDLY SHOWED UP AFTER THAT. HE NEVER FINISHED IT AFTER REPEATEDLY LYING TO ME. HE ALWAYS HAD EXCUSES FOR NOT SHOWING UP.
