John was the best realtor! He has excellent customer service and constantly keeps in contact with his clients to keep you updated on how the process is going. I used him as my realtor and we had my property sold before it even hit the market, He was that good. I had run into some trouble when it came down to removing some items from my house before the closing and he actually volunteered some of his time and energy by helping to remove the junk when he didn't have to. He provided 200%!! I would highly recommend him to anyone. You won't find a better realtor and friend! On moving day he dropped off a couple pizzas for myself and my family that was helping me move just to make one less worry for us to have to deal with. He truly does go above and beyond for his clients and his fees are totally reasonable. He deserves alot more than that for all the help he provides and how he goes out of his way to make sure his clients are happy and taken well care of. Excellent Realtor!!!!! Chris

John provided us with excellent service during the entire search and transaction. He was very responsive, punctual and was always willing to spend extra time helping us. One example of his excellent service - we were very busy with work, so John met with some contractors to get quotes for some repairs in a condo that we planned to purchase. It took us a long time to find the right property, but John was always positive and available to help. We highly recommend hiring John to assist with your real estate transaction!

John is outstanding and highly recommended. He does not act as a traditional realtor, simply trying to make a sale. He wanted us to find a home we loved and never pushed us into making decisions. He kept us well educated on comps and due to his customer knowledge, sold our condo before it went on the market for a great price. John also goes above and beyond. He walked through our 4 hour home inspection with us, pointing out things he thought could be issues to our inspector. He also let in other inspectors when my husband and I were not able to get off work, stayed with them while they did the work, and texted pictures us while the work was done. John is fantastic and has been there for us during a LONG difficult process. Anyone who ends up with him as their real estate agent is a lucky person!
