Description of Work: My tenant's kitchen sink was clogged and nothing we used would unclog it... Called Baethke since my regular plumber did not respond when calle on the weekends... They came out... and offered me a menu of prices... ranging from $600(price to unclog plus weekend service charge) to $9000 for God only knows what... Since it was for the tenant I paid the price... Somethig else happened a week or two later but I don't know if the plumber caused it or not... But I know I would not call Baethke to fix it...

Response from John Baethke & Son Plumbing
I did call and speak to [member name removed]. We were called out to his home for low water pressure and while at his home he also asked us about a slow drain in his bathroom. We only did the repair for the low water pressure at $227.47 which included pulling apart supplies and clearing debris that had come from his water heater. On this visit David felt our price for the additional work of power cleaning his sink was more than he wanted to spend. That is the benefit of our service. We give all of our pricing up front so that someone like David can make a choice whether or not to have the work performed. I had a pleasant conversation with David and we agreed that we are not the cheapest of service providers but that we do perform a quality service.

Description of Work: I was going to use them but they were unable to complete the job until the end of May/June. Please understand that this is a new water service and it's a typical interior plumbing job, so he had to go through a lot of work in order to get me scheduled. His professionalism, price, and kindness is amazing and I will be using him in the future. Only reason I didn't this time is because I was in a hurry to get the job done and waited until last minute to call companies. I would highly recommend using them!
