Description of Work: Repaired plumbing leak in bathroom of our rental property. Very professional. Punctual.

Description of Work: Baethke is well-known and does good service. I have no complaints about that. They are, however, one of the pricier companies. Whether to use them again will depend on what is needed. For bigger items, they do offer scalable options with incremental pricing, which I like. They have many clients, which means that they may not be able to set up an appointment immediately. For example, when we needed our catch basin pumped out, they could only schedule us a week out, which did not work for us. For other things, like water heater issues, they have been responsive. So my grade is more of a B+/A- than a pure B.

There was nothing special about the job and I told them at the time I thought that was a very high figure. |They assured me it was a competitive rate. I was really ill that day and our water heater had unexpectedly burst so I was In no condition to really shop around. I trusted them, they seemed reliable, they are a union shop so in OKed the installation. |Two days later when I was feeling better I received an email from Angie's List for a water heater installation for $795!!! I called the company and asked some questions and told them how much I had just paid for my water heater replacement. Then I called 4-5 more companies and they all said the same thing. I had paid way too much. |I called John and he did work with me to lower the price but they were not pleasant conversations. |Tom was very nice and professional, the work he did was A1. No complaints there at all. |If you look on Yelp you'll see that almost every review even the positive ones mention how expensive this company is. So if you want good work done but you don't mind paying too much for it use them.

Description of Work: Replaced a shower valve. Very successful transaction but their prices run a little high. You can call them with confidence, and that's worth something.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 faucets. Cut into tile to replace bathtub faucet. Also replaced bathroom sink faucet. Only cut tile that was necessary. Very judicious to save later tile replacement cost by another vendor. Prices were definitely high but levels of professionalism and responsiveness were outstanding.

Description of Work: Serviced and flushed hot water heater, identified source of annoying rattle (recirculation pump) and showed me how to eliminate the issue with a simple adjustment.

Description of Work: They cleared heavily clogged urinal drain lines and replaced leaking 2" copper drain pipes and fittings. They were on time, professional and all work was done expertly. I will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Clogged main pipe backed up into laundry tub (also clogged). Cleared clogs and had to clean grease trap. Came back a few days later to finish sewer work. I've used them before and trust them completely.

Description of Work: Had a plumbing emergency on the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. Their info stated they handled 24 hr. emergency service. Called to get estimate and see what time they could come over. The woman that answered the phone said she would get in touch with whoever and he would get back to us ASAP. Never heard another word.

Description of Work: I had a toilet that kept running and had had someone out earlier to fix it, and they said they had, but by the time I got home, it was doing it again. John baethke and son came in fixed, and thankfully while he was writing up the ticket, the toilet started running again. He stuck with it and fixed correctly. Thanks.
