+ 0 moreContacted John's hardware and described problem. Gentlemen that answered the phone took my name/number and I received a call/msg the next day. Because my phone kept going to voicemail Ed and I played telephone tag for a couple days. Finally Ed was able to reach me and asked if I was available that day. He gave me a time and arrived promptly at time promised. Told me what was wrong, gave me an approximate price based on whether there was something else he might find after taking pipes apart. There wasn't so price quote remained the same for work performed. Ed went and picked up needed parts and everything was installed in less than and hour. Great job, will definitely contact again. Plan to pass his business card on to my landlord for future use.
Description of Work: Ejector/Sewage pump switch replaced. Check valve replaced.
