Very pleased then decided to replace the cushioning inside the seat and pillow cushions.

I am delighted with the outcome! These pieces may even look better than they did when they were new. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. I was able to use a beautiful, high quality remnant from the store which helped on the price. This entire project cost just a fraction of what it would take to replace these pieces, and I am thrilled with the outcome. Marian was amazing to work with and even arranged a home delivery to return the pieces at my request. I would highly recommend John's Upholstery and would definitely use them again on a future project.

These guys were wonderful. They worked with my budget to help me to recreate an old, worn-out accent chair with remnant fabric that is not only comfortable to use again, but looks excellent. I already recommended them to a friend.

I originally brought in cell-phone photos of the chairs along with measurements I took. John told us how many yards to buy. I asked if he wanted to come to our house to do actual measurements. He said it wouldn't be necessary. But it was. The chairs did require more yardage that he thought. Fortunately, we were able to buy more cloth from the same bolt so that everything matched. I would advise having someone from the store come out and do actual measurements before buying material. But we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, and the price was quite fair. They're doing our couch next (I did have them measure it in the house this time.)

The job was impeccable. The pieces all look great. They repaired a spring in the cushion for the chaise and all of the pieces got new foam. It all looks brand new. The customer is required to get thier own material, but I liked that aspect. I didn't have to look through books at their shop and I could shop around for what I wanted and for the right price. They showed up for the esitmate within a day or two of my initial call and once I purchased my material they picked up the pieces to be worked on within a day. They promised the pieces in 2-3 weeks and we got them in 2.

Marian was extremely helpful in selecting material. He also picked and delivered our chairs and window seat at no extra charge. His work was excellent and they were extremely conscientous. It was really nice to work with someone who was so professional. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Having gotten their name from Angie's List and Checkbook, I went to the shop with a picture of what I wanted and dimensions. The price was significantly less than that given to me by my usual upholsterer. In addition, they said it would be done within 3 weeks of receiving the fabric (others said 8-12 weeks). Mario came to my place to pickup the fabric and measure the bed/reconfirm the dimensions. He went through each detail of the design to make sure he was clear on what I wanted. Scheduling the delivery was very easy because they want to come when it's convenient for the customer. They drilled the holes for mounting onsite to be sure of placement WITHOUT making any mess. The finished product is FABULOUS. They delivered well within the completion timeframe. John's is a pleasure to do business with!

They did a fantastic job. They were very professional and did the work for a great price. Much less than the other quotes I had. Another couch we had he fixed for us they discontinued the fabric that it had on it, so he took fabric from underneath the cuchions where you would never see and used that to repair and reappolster the couch. He siad it would take a week but he had it back in two days.

We chose them because their reputation was so good. We are pleased with everything. We had a problem in one chair. They came right back and fixed it with no problem at all.

The bench looks great! They were easy to work with and the job was done quickly.

The overall experience was excellent. I appreciated the fact that when I asked about re-upholstering a couple of chairs & couch, Marian told me which were worth doing & which I would be better off replacing. I find that refreshing. I would recommend them & would use them in the future.

JOHN PICKED UP THE CHAIR THE DAY AFTER I CALLED HIM. HE WAS VERY POLITE, AND PROMISED THE CHAIR BACK WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS. THE CHAIR WAS READY THE NEXT DAY. THE PRICE WAS OKAY, IN KEEPING WITH OTHER ESTIMATES I HAD RECEIVED.

THE REPAIR WAS DIFFICULT GIVEN THE FABRIC, AND WAS DONE WELL. DELIVERED THE FINISHED PRODUCT IN A GOOD TIME FRAME. GREAT TO HAVE SUCH SERVICE FOR A RELATIVELY SMALL JOB.

AFTER SHOPPING AROUND FOR UPHOLSTERY SERVICE, JOHN''S WON MY BUSINESS WITH HIS PERSONALITY AND HONESTY. HE SUGGESTED WAYS FOR ME TO GET EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, EVEN IF HE COULDN''T PROVIDE IT FOR ME. HE LITERALLY SAVED ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OVER HIS LOCAL COMPETITION!!!! THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND THE QUALITY OF JOHN''S WORK IS EXCELLENT.
