John's Computer Tune-up

Very very good. He is very thorough, very easy top understand, Very open to questions, very efficient and timely. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family for their service.

We have used John for both computer tune-ups and the set up of a new computer. He is generous with his time and has been very patient with my husband who is not fluent in technology. John helped my husband choose a new desktop computer and transferred all important files and programs over from the old one. We have had John work on tune-ups remotely and also have had him come to our home. He takes all of the stress out of our technology needs and we give him our highest recommendation. John prices are reasonable and he is very knowledgeable.

John was very warmly professional. To me, my issues were insurmountable and frustrating to figure out, but to him they were easy peasy! He's wonderful.

Everything went great. John had worked on my old computer before so he had backups set up and just moved data and software from my old computer to my new one. Then he set up new backups on my new one.

It went very well. He is extremely skillful and knowledgeable, does everything well, and the fee is not excessive, especially taking into account the excellent job he does. His work is always professional, and I am pleased to have found him. I've used computers for 30 years and he is the best technician I've ever worked with.

For the first service call, John came to my home and checked all systems. I had a list of problems large and small, and he addressed all of them. He is very articulate and was able to answer all my questions and to explain what he had done. At my request he set up a remote connection so that at any time I could log him in to my computer to avoid a house visit. He has helped me with several major problems since that first visit. John is committed and quite knowledgeable; he is usually available for urgent calls. His fee is reasonable, especially for the high quality work he does. In my 35-years using computers, I have gone through many tech services, and none of them measures up to John's services.

It took longer than I expected, but John charged much less than the estimate he gave. He's an affable young man, who gave several tips to consider. Only one hookup was in the wrong place and not easily detected until later on. I discovered that the Nvidia video card in the new computer had to be connected directly from its HDMI port, not from the computer HDMI port. unlike other video cards I've had, which always had internal connections. Otherwise, the card's control panel software could not be used. In addition, the audio chip in the card superseded using the integrated audio software in the computer, according to a Dell tech. Testing the video card audio, it did not work well with my music making software. Audio quality playback is very good on most computers today, but an external audio interface will be needed if running programs to create music, like Reason, Sonar or Cubase.

The guy is pretty good. He was available and efficient. He did what he said he was going to do. The interaction was good. My wife and I worked with him online and on speaker phone. The worked turned out great and there has been no problems since.

Excellent. I had never used the remote control software we used, but JOHN was on the phone with me all the time. I was impressed with his manner and competence!

It was better than 100 percent. He was extremely knowledgeable of software and hardware. He goes the extra mile. He came over and did what he could online, which was something but it was not enough. He came over again and reconfigured everything on the computer in the house. He recommended that I get a different external hard drive. He told me that when I got it, I should call him and he'd get it online for me. He didn't charge me for that because it was all part of the original service call. He gets things done. There's been a time when he spent quite a bit of time with me, roughly two hours, yet he charged me for an hour. I would recommend him to anybody. He's just outstanding. There's something with hardware that he couldn't do but he recommended me to a company that was the same. They were good. I was in and out.

It went very well, he's very reliable, he's patient, knows what he's doing, he makes it very convenient and he does good work. He was so thorough and so reasonable.

John has been servicing my computers for for many years now. I have recommended him to all my friends, and now they use him for all their needs. I love the fact that he is now able to make most repairs remotely. He has even repaired my sister's computer this way. She lives out of state. This keeps the cost down on any house calls.

John always does a great job. If there is a problem he always keeps working on the problem till you are satified.

Went very well. Both computers ran excellently after John cleaned up and up dated them.

It took very little time and everything is working great, both with recent problems and initial computer set up roughly 4 months ago. Of course, the initial set up was more expensive, but much less costly than a computer store and he spent a lot of time helping me learn how to use Windows 10, apps therein, etc., as well as transferring old computer info and browsers to new computer.
