JNT Construction

I started renovating my condo in August. Through an unreliable General Contractor, I had 2 electricians fail to complete the job within code. The task was to move my electrical panel and re-route the 2nd and 3rd floor units' electrical wires. Instead of running new wires (as code states) the previous electricians spliced the wires in multiple locations. Some of the splice boxes had covers... others did not which meant only a thin layer of electricial tape separated the surges of electricity and the dry wall. Not good. The contractor then closed up the wall and only shared with me after that it wasn't done to code... but not to worry... noone would know. After some days living with it, I would notice things like... turning on my kitchen light resulted in a little zap of electricity or the bathroom light would flicker when a garbage truck would go by. JNT came out to take a look. I was already pretty weary of having yet another electrician in my home, fears of over charging, disrupting my neighbors service and to making my home still unsafe. The professionalism of Johnny and his team was really remarkable. The patience not only answering my questions, but the questions of the involved upstairs neighbors as well. They were so flexible with me and the other unit owners to accommodate late risers, an unexpected funeral and the cold snaps in weather. They worked quickly, politely and quite fast! I would check on the process every so often and they really didn't mind-- even offered lots of tips and tricks along side explanations on why they were doing what they were. The job that took the other electricians 4 days to do wrong/unsafely, the JNT Team did in 8 hours. No mess was left, everyones electrical worked beautifully, and i can turn on my kitchen light with no little zaps! I'm very grateful to the JNT team for making my home safe again!

My experience with JNT was excellent. I had been calling a company every year to recharge my A/C due to a leak that "couldn't be found." This was getting expensive and aggravating. A friend had referred me to John from JNT saying that he had been using him for his two restaurants for years and swore by his work. Well, John didn't let down. I called him and he was there the next morning as planned.When he arrived he was pleasant and got right to work. He diagnosed the issue and found the leak within about a half hour. He was done much sooner than I anticipated, based on my previous experiences with other companies. Overall my experience with JNT was fantastic, the price was more than fair (and less then I expected). I will definitely use JNT for any future issues with my A/C, although John assured me that I shouldn't have any after he did a complete inspection of my system. Great work, awesome customer service and a fair price.
