Description of Work: He remodeled two bathrooms. He put in stained glass windows and retiled our front hallway. He fixed the tile in our kitchen and family room. He also painted. He fixed our railing and put on a copper roof.

+ 2 moreThe previous owners of our house had done a number of things to the house that we didn't like and we finally decided that we had the money to change those things. Jerry had done work for my parents in the past and he was able to come out relatively quickly. He and his workers worked quickly and carefully and he was very fair about the price. Wherever he saw something broken that was minor, he just fixed it without adding it to the bill. He did not complain about the need to repaint our bathroom multiple times, when my wife didn't like the color (twice) and charged us very little extra. Now that the work is done, the house feels like a new house and given that the work could have cost a great deal more than it did we feel like we got a very good deal.
Description of Work: He did a lot of fix-up work in our house. He painted our basement, installed a number of light fixtures, cleaned and sealed our deck, patched some holes and completely renovated our bathroom. (We purchased the fixtures separately).
